Since they have to add two extra capacitors, is it worth the hassle or from your experience the higher quality ceramic resonator will do the job? Thank you

I had the chance to read my EDC16 with a Kess clone. It read the maps file one time then when I wanted to read it again after 10 mins, it didn't. I kept trying and it wouldn't read again. Very weird. For myself I bought a Galletto 4 (clone) and it worked everytime on EDC16 but I couldn't read DCM 3.4.
I have a Bosch mg1cs017 ECM from 2018 mustang and have a spare junkyard ECM that I'm not worried about. Will updating cloned KTAG to 2.70 library allow me to read my ECM and write to new one? Any help is appreciated

Galletto is a better experience for edc16 than Kess.
