This is a beautiful reminder or the power of music. Even when the disease had eroded his ability to perform, it couldn't dampen the joy the music brought him....and us. Thank you John

Wind out of my sails! He was such a presence & although I got to see Spirit of the West perform and the Earth Voice festival many years ago & then saw him perform once after he got sick - I just felt so much sadness at his plight.
This is beautiful! John's on stage grooving as Canada's musician's rally with him. We are a small community in a big land I hope we keep this connection.

What an amazing feeling of love amongst so many of our amazing Canadian entertainers. Thanks for posting! I met John on a few occasions in univeristy and always found him gracious. I ran into him coming out of his bus before a sold out show, and he walked me in the back door with the band. Never forget it. I'm glad he seems so happy dancing on stage, but this was hard to watch too. An artist lost to his craft way too soon.
Well this has all of my favorites for the 30 years!!!
