if i were the ref, i would have given red cards to 75% of the players that did a foul.

That's an occasion where you tell the ref the first time "send him off, or I'll make sure they carry him off" that keeper was a scumbag. Footballing fouls that are reds are one thing, jumping 2 footed into a player who isn't on the ball is a whole different story.

The leagues IST films are a joke. They are basically one step above gladiator games in many cases, and several matches have to be abandoned as a result of this bullshit.
I miss playing soccer but I watch this video and realize it's not worth playing with so many idiots ready to injure you...

Some utterly dreadful refereeing along with those fouls.
The refs are not fit. They have to stay closer to the play. When a foul occurs they have to sprint to the site and assume control. They need more training on foul recognition and appropriate response.
@@kerrysmith1899 I agree with you... however there are not enough referees to go around. Most quit because they don't want to put up with the crap anymore. So you are left with this.
Also, teams see teams see the referee as just as an expense. You get what you pay for.

The foul at :40 seconds seems like a very harsh red; maybe there are competition-specific rules but it seems more like a stupid idea to put metal benches so close to the field of play. A perfectly clean tackle could cause someone to trip and smash their head on those.
knowing there are benches there is exactly what makes it a red card.. theres no need to be that aggressive knowing your surroundings.

Agree I'm an official ref and there shouldn't be benches that close to the pitch. Its dangerous. The momentum took him over the other player done nothing wrong there. Just an unfortunate incident

This video is why I don't ever play in rec soccer leagues. Too many idiots and has-beens that want nothing more than to take their frustration out on others through dangerous play. Not only are these guys playing for nothing but pride, but a majority will have work or school in the AM. Pathetic disrespect to the game.

Exactly I’ve played a few Sunday league games in the uk were I live( near London) , you always get the one pub team that’s full of overweight tossers who fly about the pitch trying to foul anyone who gets the ball, I’ve being lucky enough to only have a twisted ankle and a acl injury but a few of my team mates have being booted in the face one of my mates got a challenge on him like that first tackle in this compilation and that was grim he’s leg was completely shattered, some very dangerous idiots who play this game

Worst thing about playing in games like these or Sunday league is you get guys with an ego, rather that be the ones who think they’re Ronaldo and don’t pass 😅 or the ones who try to bully you or like these clips just straight up hurt you..

#15 in green in the 1 minute mark and 2:20 mark... Same game. If he was given the proper red card for his first foul (high kick to the head), then he wouldn't have been in to commit the massive foul in the second clip. The importance of calling the game correctly can save injuries!

@@115MaTTy - incorrect. It was a high kick to the head, my guy. IFAB rules. I am a certified ref. Of course we have the luxury of the camera view and replay, but it looks like the ref was too scared to call it.

Maybe where you're from, and judging by the quality of reffing in this video, rules differ (or you lot just genuinely don't have a clue).
@@115MaTTy - and I have played the game and watched it religiously for 35+ years of my life while being a certified official and Level D coach. You are incorrect. IFAB rules state that was excessive force with a high kick above head height into the face of an opponent when another safer option to play the ball was available to the defender. He should have been sent off.
He later commits a brutal foul in a later clip in this compilation that is in the same game where he plays the player and not the ball. If he was sent off correctly from the first offense, he would have not injured another player. Goes to show why it’s important to send off bad players early.

Omg as a referee I’m so frustrated by the foul at 9:30 not being called because the referee says “he played the ball.” Just because you make contact with the ball doesn’t give you the right to wipe the opposing player out. That was a clear foul and borderline yellow card as well, and to not call it can lead to fights later.
