I'm headed to Coeur d'alene sunday morning from Olympia WA. Job interview. Hope all goes well because My family is done here in Washington. Voted red everytime. Just turned 50 and I need a new beginning. Freedom is worth leaving for.
Praying for good news! If you guys need anything just give me a shout. Also how many times have you had to respell coeur d’Alene, usually takes me 3 tries and then sometimes I give up😂
I grew up in South Dakota, winter from Nov to May, below 0 most of the time. Mosquitoes and flies in the summer. I lived in the Mojave Desert near Death Valley. Summer temps 110-117. Wind, sand. Restaurants were McD and Burger King and John's Pizza. Sports were high school teams. 90 miles to Palmdale, 150 to LAX. I love it here. Live in Star.
Headed to Boise in the spring fleeing Washington state. My apologies to the natives for paying way too much for housing and fouling things up that way. Plus side we’ll be brining two solid Republican votes to the Boise area and three more when they’re of age.
@@movingtoboiseidsorta I’ve an investment property in Kirkland WA (stupidly expensive place to live). I’m constantly getting offers from developers etc. so once thing heat up March/April plan is to sellout and pick something out in $1.2M range ~15-20 outside of Boise proper. If for some reason the SCOTUS manages to get 2A rights back to where they should be here in Washington the plan may switch to buying 3 investment properties as Washington has recently instituted a reparations fee on new home purchases in the state and I refuse to pay that.
@@charleshetrick3152 Solid plan. Reach out anytime if you want eyes and ears out here early on. My clients are my people, and its not wasting my time. As far as Ketchum, its largely due to the people who live there. Its very similar to Jackson Hole. It is a Nice mountain town that is very popular for movie stars and successful people, which inflates prices, on top of the beautiful views and ski resorts.

Well I'm glad my Android has finally remembered it. Not going to lie, I had to Google it a few times first😂.
I lived in Boise back in 2009, It was a fun little town back then. I was there when they had just built the IMAX complex up on Overland.
Thats funny, I remember that. Back then it was the coolest thing ever. What caused you to leave Boise?
Take out is a luxury. People that complain and won’t just make it at home aren’t going to be a good addition anyway. 😂
haha, thats a first take!
