I have done all the beginner series and tried this today. It is very good. Personally I enjoy the longer sessions where there is no sense of hurry. I would like to try an hour. I have tried putting together more than one of your sessions but it is very distracting having to scroll through to find them when you are trying to stay focussed.
Wow.. super session.. can you upload one video on 108 Surya namaskara. I want to slowly try this. Its like my dream ! Also I loved your bakasana video. I am able to do it after 5 day practice. Tons of thanks and love.
