When your doing yoga each day its logical that the same poses return often, but somwehow you manage to always bring in something new which is so refreshing. Also the balance between intensity and rest is really great, I really sank into the ground in this pigeon pose cause it was quite the effort doing core and balancing work, making the rest poses really relaxing. My FAVORITE of AL!!! I've done with you over these last two years (the 30 day challenge several times, the elementals, the minimal cues and one other morning power yoga) and all have been healing. Despite having done hatha yoga for ~50 years, I have had a hard time recently partly because of a bone health issue. But, I could do this entire session nearly perfectly. Thanks so much Kassandra and all in this yoga community!!!
I had a first PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) session for my spine and hip yesterday evening (10/15/21) and now I believe I can truly say "My healing is already in progress". I also found out yesterday that PRP can be used to improve hearing. I'm so excited. I hope the community will continue to send me healing energy.
My intention has already been met as I can move through this day mindful about my quickness to anger and can self soothe myself through deep breathing and meditation to stay humble.
i do one of your yoga classes/videos every day and share it via zoom with my friends. You are amazing and I swear you're going to heaven for all you do for mankind. I went from limping from various hip and knee injuries to being able to balance on one leg in warrior 3 LIKE A BOSS! (well, almost...i'm still wobbly and weak, but ALMOST!). Thank you so much!! My right leg and glute were really hurting this week and this video instantly helped and my pain is gone! It also helped fire up my right glute and I have so much trouble activating the right glute on that trouble side thank you!!
Powered up after a lunchtime sesh of morning yoga. Last week began with triggered panic and shame that lingered. This week, I begin afresh by showing kindness to myself by visiting Kassandra and stretching it out with the worthy intention of self-forgiveness. ❤

I have started yoga a year ago after muscle problems,i watched your clips often,than i went to Bali in May i included your 10min practice(challenge) in my morning rituall and have been doing every day it since😊. Last month before i went home i moved to Ubud and upgraded my yoga knowledge,its been wonderfull.thank you Ziga from Slovenia.
I've done your yoga classes every day for a month and I really like it. I'm getting ever closer to putting my heels down in downward dog (two inches-ish left)! It helps me get in touch with my body and deal with body dysphoria (I'm a trans girl).
The word is healing. Clear as a bell. Kassandra, following a back injury at jujitsu over a year ago, I started PT. After 3 months or so I found your videos. I began doing Yin 10 minute videos w/you. Today was the first time I was able to do one of your Vinyasa 30 minute videos. I can't say I'm completely out of pain but the difference is night and day. Your work here is remarkable; it's been a major factor in my recovery. Thank you.

I concur. That was my best pigeon pose pair ever, and I was stiff. The setup seemed ideal for depth with squared hips.
I quit smoking about a month ago and it had put me through hell. These exercises are helping me find a new rhythm to life!
