Baby Britain Elliott Smith Acoustic Cover Taryn Hadfield

A chill electric guitar cover of Elliott Smith's Baby Britain from his XO album. Honestly, this is probably my favorite Elliott Smith song. I love the juxtaposition of an almost pop-y catchy chord progression with such somber lyrics. For this cover, I wanted to bring the story to the forefront and experiment with matching the meaning of the lyrics to the color of the chords.
