In the comic there was a final page where the garbage men were hard at work cleaning up that mess and Werner walks by them telling them to give their best because the stadium has to be ready again next saturday. With them having question marks over their heads of course.
The live Action part is about a king who is not laughing and the comic creator who wih the little help of a "magic" pencil tries to save his live be drawing comic after Comic to make the king laugh so he can life longer. Old but gold.
There is a second part of the football game. A campsite in Italy is completely destroyed. That's also great, because it's full of clichés about German tourists abroad.
The first Werner-Movie was part live action and part cartoon with the creator of the Werner-comics Brösel (Rötger Feldmann) playing himself. The movies after that (i think there are 5 or 6 movies by now) are cartoon only. This scene, the hospital one as well as "the russians are here" are all from the first Werner-movie. I you like stuff like that you should check out "Das kleine Arschloch" (the little asshole), at least from the Church Scene i have seen a version with english subtitles which other people reacted to.
"Nochmal in die Flasche gucken wie spät es ist" = "Checking the bottles inside for time" has become a german idioim thanks to this movie, it's THAT famous and popular ^^
