I overheard a guy that was with his friends walking out that said he needed to go and wash his eyes with some dogshit to remove the stain of what he just watched. I walked to the counter and refunded my ticket, went home and watched the original trilogy with some snacks and waited for more reviews to pop up.
That decision was the way of the red pill, at last now all who took the blue pill by disrespecting the Oracle now can tell the difference between original and a fleeting elusion that was persuade but never attened

Fishburne is on the money. I convinced myself it was OK when I watched it in the cinemas but grew to hate it. The comedy in it is just horrendous. It's not what the Matrix was like and nobody wants a comedy movie sequel.
The downfall was that it knew it’s audience so well and it spoke truth to the audience and power. In fact the movie itself spoke about the use of nostalgia and refused to use it the way the audience wanted it to be used.
Except they threw in thousands of clips from the movies and basically did what JJ did in star wars 7 and just followed every beat of the original movie. But this time with lots of bad humor !
When resurrections came out I hated it but I just gave it another chance and it’s pretty good dude I think it’s just bc we went in expecting old neo so when we got a character 60+ years into the future hooked on blue pills it was like wtf??
many people misunderstood the movie and a big part of the movie is about how people are plugged in to the matrix like in society people are obsessed and addicted to technology etc and not even aware of it.
Pretty sure that once Lawrence read the script he was like “nah.” This movie was embarrassing, insulting, and unnecessary. I guess they forgot that Neo got his powers from believing in himself, not because he was piggybacking off of trinity. As for the fight scenes, let’s just say that Walker Texas Ranger has better fights and special effects.
Good for Larry. None of the sequel films have stood up against the original film. And although if Larry had been a part of this plane crash it wouldn't have affected his career as an actor. And to Hollywood - if they're going to do sequels they need to plan them out and make a true sequel and stop trying to dish out fan service bullshit on toast just to try and cash in on the 20-30 year later sequel bandwagon.
How unfortunate for Mr. Fishburne not being in the movie and this will be the last time matrix movie will be ever made again...such a waste. the stupid writers in our current time line should never touch this franchise again EVER .
No, the worst Keanu performance is in Replicas. But that's the fault of terrible casting. He cannot play a convincing unhinged scientist. Also the writing. What father would draw names out of a hat for which of his children he can clone?
The Wachowskis don’t mind infuriating their audiences with the unexpected. This has always been the case, and _Resurrections_ was no different. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Understandably, Lawrence is bitter about not being called back.

Ok, so i'm just gonna say it. I think lawrence fishburg wasn't invited because he refused to say "her" and "she"... When I found out what "they" had became, or should i say, "Transformed" into, i was "shocked" and "confused." No pun intended, well, maybe a little. But the point is the movie was trash and i was very disappointed.
it wasnt that bad the first half of the movie was a mind fuck. the last 25% of the movie you could tell it was rushed and stopped due covid. the reason it failed was people thought it would have the same fight scenes as the first 3 different fight guy directoried them in the scenes keanu and kam are no longer in there 30s. one thing that would of made it better if they some how got the old agent smith's voice ot overlap in the new agent smiths voice it was a 6.5 out of 10. I knew what the movie going in I didnt care I needed a distraction it was a pop corn flick
Keanu Reeves is now a clone this Keanu isn't the original and you can tell by his acting and cause they didn't include Morpheus or agent Smith ... So they wouldn't know. Trinity also played a small role. Keanu is now a clone

i have absolutely NO memory of matrix 4....it was so fucking boring, and i say this as a HUGE matrix fan, it was so disappointing
