All Africans?
@@thandie67 I think they mean African braiders lmaoo not all African. Like even in the African community it’s a running joke that the aunties will pull all your edges lmaoo
@@thandie67she’s American, hun. Africans are African. We don’t specify…
In South Africa braids are $40 😍
They look really nice.
$350 JUST for the labor?!
Her hair is really long.
That looks goodt! ❤
Awww u look gorgeous
I need to know where she gets her jerseys from! 🥰🤩 They’re so cute! The baggy, cozy vibe. LOVE!
I can’t stand how they don’t braid the braids all the way down though. And also some braids are braided differently from others because there’s 2 different people braiding with 2 different braiding styles. Last time I allowed them to do my hair I had scabs in my head from one of them pulling my real hair too tight. It’s a no for me.
So pretty! What color is that hair?
Upward mobility is another conservative value which I think a lot more young Black people are gravitating towards
I love these braids... inspiration❤
I wish I could wear braids. I have 4c hair but I don’t think my hair likes braids and my hair falls out afterwards. I mean they can’t be that small.
Cuz the synthetic hair is all chemicals and most are allergic to it
Do you use anything when taking your hair down?
Braids are specifically made for our kinky hair , you more than likely aren't moisturizing your hair while it's in the braids , make sure to spray them with water and leave in conditioner and seal with oil , and don't forget to moisturize your hair before braiding condition it before blowout
@@yassine8935 girl. The braids literally have chemicals in them. People ARE allergic and don’t know it
350 with your own hair damn i need to move to the us
It looks beautiful! I hope you dont loose your hair when you take them out, so we need a follow up.
Looks pretty. I want to try a looser curl like that
That price was out of control. Taking advantage of us..
When you look how those women were dressed, their accommodations. If they were taking advantage, they wouldn’t look run down. They barely made minimum wage after you deduct boothrent and taxes.
$350.00 for a month or two. NEVER
Y’all don’t want to pay anything for styles. So cheap 😂
Your hair is beautiful! I think they did a great job. Yes, speak up about the tightness and edges (wink). Love it! ❤
Holy moly! That is the cutest hairstyle I've seen! I absolutely love it!! 😍
In Nigeria such hair would go for roughly 20,000 naira that is about 13 dollars
In my state , it's 10 or even some 8k for goddess braids
They look really pretty on you ❤️ It's your hair and you decide how to wear it and how much to spend on it, don't mind the rude comments. It's gorgeous, both the braids and your real hair 😘
Lugo’s hair is the best!!! ❤
Yassss and that was definitely. worth every penny...too cute!!! 😍😍😍
$350....way TOO MUCH!!! Shameful that the charges are sooo high. If u go to Africa, they do your hair for $5, & I usually give $10.
And you pay $3000 to fly there, right?
Y’all never complain when American braiders charge the same price or more .. y’all literally say they should charge their worth
Because they are jealousy.
The parting is not great
Beautifully done and worth every penny ❤️. It looks amazing
Her braids are butt length, they are manually mixing two colors of hair brown and blonde, this style is not as simple as traditional box braids, it is also knotless. This price is about right for these braids. There were two people working on these braids for 5 hours each. That means they could not take any other customers for 5 hours to do her hair. Maybe because she brought her own hair they could have given her a break on the price but this is standard this length and style
No its not,and they did take advantage of her
@@stacynewton34it is. $350 between two people means they both made $35 an hour and after deducted 30% for boothrent, it’s about minimum wage. Women like you are truly despicable.
People complain about the price not thinking how much time is consumed on one head. But yet will go buy a $500-$1,000 handbag. Or more. And her hair looks amazing. And she can rock those braids for months. That handbag will not match every outfit. Ijs
A bag can be for life, a 350 dollar hairstyle, that will cost no more than 50 by the same braiders if they were living in whatever African country they are from, is but for a few months. Would have understood if they were locks. You guys in the US are being scammed. It's not value for money, it's madness.
@@graceom3972 no it's they are spending hours on one head. And won't be able to do four or five heads. Beauticians and hair braiders have to live and eat also. They'd like to be able to afford a $350 bag too. Just like people work and want a paycheck, they do too. If you don't like the price given to you, then simply go to someone else. And remember you get what you pay for. Ijs
Looks beautiful ❤ you have a head full of hair gorgeous and the price isn’t over priced your hair length plus human hair the length of the braids and it’s full 🥰 Do you I love that you did advertising for them
@sandraaddae please share some good braid shops in London. Thank you
Beautiful 🌺
I let African hair braiding do my Knotless box braids. They were so tight and heavy it felt like my scalp was being ripped apart. I had to take them down day 3
I've noticed that many African women who get their hair braided have receding hairlines and traction alopecia.
@@deborahtucker4900 yes, they lack knowledge and concern for actual hair care
@@deborahtucker4900same like Americans who constantly glue they edges down
You need to go and see my stylist she want charge that. And she will make it look just like that. Let me know if you would like her information
This is pretty
My cousin would charge me $100 for this and it wouldn’t be tight but then again that could be the family deal. 🤷🏿♀️
Hey, cous!!! 😂
