Big Daddy a lot of people like fo4 the most bc they prefer a better shooter over better rpg mechanics, they’re taste isn’t bad it’s just different. They’ll probably enjoy rage 2, while you might be playing fallout 2. Also my taste is definitely fallout 1, I liked the darker tone. Fallout 3 was also good though.

I LOVE the stark contrast between Emilio and Carlos, that you can grasp just by looking at them, their outfits and their baring... the visuals tell a whole story, that you could understand even if there were no explanation given, that is quality character design!

Bongo strings don't look right. They should be stretching the drum head, but it appears like they are quite loose (i.e. they should follow a more straight line). Also the drum head is missing some edge which the string / rope should be pulling down (no hate, just PoV of a drummer :)).
Amazing, that tribe is seriously up there. I missed how New Vegas, Raiders were more like tribals and savaged. While in fallout 4 they come off as typical generic gang members except for the Judge Zeller and Nuka Raiders.

Vaso it’s too big to be released on consoles, but it will be totally free to play on PC as long as you own the official DLCs! Some of the Miami assets are being released for console as well.

Fallout: Miami will feature settlements, we've still to decide if we'll let players use the bongos outside the Bungo.

That is how Fallout 4 is by default, but you can adjust the timescale through console commands.
