Yes sir during my graduation final days i came across an interview conducted by TCS in our college campus. 1st they provided us with a short slideshow presentation about TCS, their work culture etc then they took an aptitude test, from the test the shortlisted candidates are called for an interview, i was one of them. In my interview they didnt ask me much about technical terms just a formal intro & where do i want to start my career. I said that i want to enter into banking feild ( I m from commerce background) then they asked me then why TCS, i replied that as tcs also have their reach with customers associated with banking. I gave this type of reply bcz earlier in their slideshow presentation they had shown their working links with banking. And I had mentioned them few more things & showed my enthusiasm & interest to learn further in this field with TCS. And luckily from our college around 30 candidates got selected & I was one of them but later on I didnt join TCS bcz i wanted to prepare for competitive exams & want to start my career purely in banks. But anyways it was a good experience to have for the 1st tym

I tried learning it in my college days, it's not that easy to master it isn't it? " "Yes sir, it's just been 2 months for me; yes it's difficult to stick to the practice routine; but once you start having fun with it, it gets easier" __________x___________ Is there a way to get in touch with you on Telegram, Supriyo? In ibps po interview they asked me "what do you prepare for this interview".I said I had prepared x , y and z for this interview. But suddenly they asked tell me what is p what is q. So I was little confused. What should be the right answer of " What do you prepare for this exam".
that was done to unsettle you. Always tell a subject that you know very well, 1 good answer is "sir I very well prepared how I can add value to your bank and why I am ideally suited to this job"- be prepared to answer but if they deviate and say something you are not sure about just smile and say I don't know sir. Be positive and never show you are nervous. Saying no is ok, the smile on your face should never leave. Let them push you, just remember - if I get in then ok if I lose then also ok - have that attitude. Good luck brother.

@@SupriyoPanda sir i have done normally bsc with subjects physics and maths in my last yr so is it possible that they can ask ques related to my graduation??
Supriyo sir please please please let me know your thoughts. I got interviewed for SBI cbo the interview went smooth but while walking inside I forgot to greet them and sat without asking them, is that going to impact my selection? Also the panel head did say that "I would definitely like to have in the organisation"
Sir the way you explained is awesome and it looks like you r telling something practical rather than some random tips. We can grasp more from experience rather than some random advice. I have a doubt sir. I am a bsc graduate and preparing for banking. If he will ask that why you choose this field then what should I answer??? How my knowledge will add some values to banking industry.. Pls make one video regarding suitable answer for some regular questions they generally ask.. Thank you soo much😊
It's all about perspective. In a big company they need people from all fields because the bank does not only give loans to 1 type of person- you can help to understand that field from which you come since you understand that industry which a commerce girl/guy would not understand. Frame your answer in that way. More interesting videos coming soon, all the best and thank you :)
Sir preparing from 2015 onward and got 4 interviews with ibps RRBs and LIC till now but could not make it into the finals ,arts graduate 2013, middle class family, basically rural , farming , last interview nov 2019 rrb po ,my marks in interviews 55-70 , I'm very honest in interviews and with feel of low energy. What to do for more marks ? And how can I present my story in front of them ?
Iam a student who wants to become a software engineer from childhood onwards. So after my 10th class I pursued my intermediate in the stream of Maths,Physics and Chemistry. But even I have a good knowledge about these three subjects I could not selected in EAMCET , yet I don't lose hope because I know what is my strength. So, I decided to join in graduation in the stream of Computer Science. Now Iam in the second year of my graduation. In the next month onwards we have campus drives in my college virtually. So, Iam preparing for it and Iam confident that I can crack the interview. As Computer Science and banking is completely different I can't say about my interest towards banking to them. This is my story sir. So , Sir is there anything to suggest plzz suggest me sir.
Srinivas, your story is authentic and truthful so nothing to worry about. Crack the IT job and see if you like the work there, if you find your interest is in finance you can just say that to the Panel. And if you find yourself in a bank interview directly you can always say that IT knowledge is essential to every bank & role of IT will only grow in the future. Good luck.
@@SupriyoPanda Sir I got selected in the campus drive for Wipro and Infosys . Now I decided to prepare for RBI assistant, your computer and banking awareness videos are really very much helpful sir. Hope I will share my RBI assistant success also like this by next year.

I replied to them but they are not satisfied with my answers can you please give me a suggestion what to reply to this question.
I would have said that when I entered engineering I figured it out, more emphasis was given on bookish knowledge to pass in exams and not the actual concept. I didn't found it to be interesting, and lost my passion.

Definitely, I have a playlist on Banking Awareness. Start watching, I am sure you will understand the concepts because I have simplified them in my series.
Sir i am already working in icici bank but i want a job in sbi so can i share all these with the interviewers or not bcoz they can cross question a lot of things but yes i have a good knowledge of sales and marketing and i have sourced a lot of big accounts for my branch.kindly suggest me how should i put these infront of them
Hello sir. . . Make a video abt LIC AAO SPECIALIST. . . Is it first time IT included in AAO recruitment?. . . I don't get LIC AAO IT previous year pattern papers. . . .
No Ashwini, earlier also we used to have IT specialists in the AAO recruitment so this is not the first time. Phase 1(Prelims) for this exam is the same as other exams - Reasoning, Quant and English (100 questions in 1 hour.) For Phase 2 (Mains) the paper becomes different for Generalist/IT/CA etc. and there will be 90 marks devoted to IT knowledge - this will be quite basic, mostly questions that you have already covered in your semester exams that's why separate papers are not available for this online. The pattern will be similar to Specialist Officer (IT) posts of SBI (SBI SO) - you can Google for those to get an idea. Something like this link: www.mockbank.com/bulletin/sbi-specialist-officer-previous-year-papers/ I'm busy with a few other videos, if I get time definitely I will make one on this exam.
In UPSC you can say that but in banking if you said my father died need to support my family.. it works.. and they are not going to ask for death certificate... Dont want to hurt anyones sentiments but afterall its not their private bussiness they just doing their task ti heir.. so try this will gona melt their hearts..sins most of them are father of their children
In case the interviewer do not ask any such question ( where I can narate the story) in that case how can we influence him/her to ask such question in an rbi interview ?
This is where you need to "guide" the interviewer and DRIVE the interview so he/she asks that. For example, in my SBI interview I really wanted to bring up the comments made by one of the most charismatic ex SBI Chiefs Shri R K Talwar (he is legend, MUST read his life story) regarding Lead Bank scheme where he said "Let other banks choose and we will follow" and showed his leadership of letting others choose first. So, when I got a question about Agriculture I drove the interview by starting off with Shri Talwar's comments and the Panel was highly impressed. Then I used the Lead bank scheme in my answer. So, you need to think HOW is your story going to fit in. In every question just think if you can start with that type of comment, there will be many opportunities, it will come naturally with a bit of practice.
Har cheez ka answer hota h... Ye cheez baad m sochna.. Abhi just written pr focus kro..... Private tutions u can say of any of ur strong subject.... Or freelancing if u know sthg about it
Hi sir is there any barrier for hindi medium students? please confirm that and i have got email for The invitation for Online Assessment guide me and please reply
Hi Anushka, there is no barrier, you just need to show you are deserving of the job and make sure to tell them your story properly and your motivations.
@@ankikumari2968 you can ask me in the comments whenever you have any problems. Remember: never feel you are anything less than others if your English skills are a bit weak now. Bhasha jo bhi ho hum sab seekh skte h, bas effort dalna h, koi sharm nhi h isme, speaking in other language doesn't make you weak or anyway less than others. Always have self belief in your abilities and work hard, never give up, you will be successful. I guarantee it. All the best for your exams.
it will differ based on your experience. You can say you tried those but they did not interest you or you developed a new interest based upon your vision of your life. Try to approach it with a way by which your degree can help in the banking industry - think about this and you will find many suitable points.
Higher paying jobs/quality jobs may be lesser in ur engg stream and banks pay a decent salary... Banks have a good career scope considering faster promotion process.. Nowadays banks are going more and more digital and are using efficient technology based platforms, huge changes are going on, so u may feel comfortable in that tech-savvy environment..

should i answer with a story in my tell me about yourself section???
Sir saying good evening while entering and going out also
Is it correct????
Agree, dont loose ur attitude in any of the interview.. You are not expected to know everything under the sun.. They themselves don't know much things.. This is the fact.. But dont try to bluff them by ur guess works..
Beautiful! ❤

Sir please tell me about your training of SBI po for motivation only
someday will make a video on it, it was pure bliss, made friends for a lifetime & it was like college except that we were getting paid to learn+have fun :)
Story story story story done 😃
Great video with great message. 👍😊
Glad you think so!
You got the job??
Can we proceed further with our story without their permission to do so???.... Please reply Sir
Thank you
Is it difficult to crack interview?
Sir preparing from 2015 onward and got 4 interviews with ibps RRBs and LIC till now but could not make it into the finals ,arts graduate 2013, middle class family, basically rural , farming , last interview nov 2019 rrb po ,my marks in interviews 55-70 , I'm very honest in interviews and with feel of low energy. What to do for more marks ? And how can I present my story in front of them ?
How was ur interview?
What can be the possible question from them so that I could frame my story.. ??
Good luck.
@@SupriyoPanda Thank you so much sir.
@@SupriyoPanda Sir I got selected in the campus drive for Wipro and Infosys .
Now I decided to prepare for RBI assistant, your computer and banking awareness videos are really very much helpful sir.

I attended 5 interviews in my campus they asked me one question i scored good marks upto intermediate but in btech i scored just pass mark they asked me why what is the reason. I replied to them but they are not satisfied with my answers can you please give me a suggestion what to reply to this question.
Same here
I would have said that when I entered engineering I figured it out, more emphasis was given on bookish knowledge to pass in exams and not the actual concept. I didn't found it to be interesting, and lost my passion.
Sir I have been preparing for 8 months targeting ibps po but I am unable to attain all the questions within the limited time frame,, my main problem is time management , plz give some suggestions
Interview is all about how you express yourself that how desperate you are for it.

Is English is necessary in interview?
What is your college name ?
Hello sir. .
Phase 1(Prelims) for this exam is the same as other exams - Reasoning, Quant and English (100 questions in 1 hour.)
For Phase 2 (Mains) the paper becomes different for Generalist/IT/CA etc. and there will be 90 marks devoted to IT knowledge - this will be quite basic, mostly questions that you have already covered in your semester exams that's why separate papers are not available for this online. The pattern will be similar to Specialist Officer (IT) posts of SBI (SBI SO) - you can Google for those to get an idea. Something like this link:
www.mockbank.com/bulletin/sbi-specialist-officer-previous-year-papers/
I'm busy with a few other videos, if I get time definitely I will make one on this exam.
Thank you sir . . .Will wait for the video. .
Have a good day!😊 . .
Dear sir..can you make a full English video for SBI PO or are you already making them
have already made on SBI PO, check my playlists.
He is fooling u all as this is not a sales pitch that emotions will work then logic they are not buying they testing you
In UPSC you can say that but in banking if you said my father died need to support my family.. it works.. and they are not going to ask for death certificate...
Dont want to hurt anyones sentiments but afterall its not their private bussiness they just doing their task ti heir.. so try this will gona melt their hearts..sins most of them are father of their children
Is it necessary to speak in english
Kindly help me prepare my story sir. .. please.

I want to join sbi yfi. Can you help me?
Of course. Watch my video on SBI YFI, I have covered everything. If you are stuck anywhere feel free to ask me, I will be happy to help!
@@SupriyoPanda So by that you mean I need to give him some kind of leading answer which will lead him to ask such a question.

Hi Anushka, there is no barrier, you just need to show you are deserving of the job and make sure to tell them your story properly and your motivations.
@@SupriyoPanda thank you sir for reply this is my first comments in first RUclips channel 🙏 thanks for replying 😊
@@SupriyoPanda thank you so much 💕 for motivation & lovely really.😇
Let me tell a kutty story 😊
Actually bro you prevailed secrets
Sir,how to answer questions like why u choosed banking after ur engineering, why not graduation related jobs.
it will differ based on your experience. You can say you tried those but they did not interest you or you developed a new interest based upon your vision of your life. Try to approach it with a way by which your degree can help in the banking industry - think about this and you will find many suitable points.
Thank you so much.
Higher paying jobs/quality jobs may be lesser in ur engg stream and banks pay a decent salary... Banks have a good career scope considering faster promotion process.. Nowadays banks are going more and more digital and are using efficient technology based platforms, huge changes are going on, so u may feel comfortable in that tech-savvy environment..
sir LIC AAO IT vacancy only 14 hai...........form bharu ya nahi...???????????????????????
please reply sir
Sir please reply....???
Form bhardo Sagar, har time exam me selected hone k liye hi sirf apply nahi karte.. yeh sab exams me experience boht maine deta h.. so whenever there is a vacancy ALWAYS fill the form. That experience matters a lot. I filled 16 forms in the year I was selected for SBI PO. Jabtak SBI PO ka exam aaya itna practice ho gya tha ki mujhe kaafi easy laga. Just go for it brother. You never know, you just need 1 seat. And even if you fail this experience will make you stronger! 💪
