      everything in moderation, there is no supporting research about soy lowering testosterone. it’s just a myth and plant based estrogen and human estrogen are different and it can’t be altered that easily. but I get your point use around 40 grams of soy and it’s perfectly fine

      @@bentamrat One study observed 99 male partners of subfertile couples over a three month period. Men in the highest category of soy intake had sperm concentrations about 32% lower than men who did not consume soy foods at all

      @@birukadane8022 I hear you but you can find also research’s soy not affecting humans hormone. me personally I don’t recommend soy as a best protein source but if you’re on a fasting season it’s a good amino acid source and I did a video on soy myself watch it. appreciate your comment and participation 🤝

      shame that you don’t understand plant based estrogen vs human estrogen, you can’t just altered
      human hormones that easily. everything in moderation is good, if you consume all your proteins from eggs or meat that’s not good for you also.
