  • The defendant hired the plaintiff’s company to do some electrical work on his building. However, the plaintiff claims the defendant refuses to pay what he owes, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant denies owing because he claims the plaintiff only restored electric service to the third floor, leaving him in the dark on the first and second.

The plaintiff did the Moorish American population proud here. In so many court cases I see online, they are usually defendants, and act more like sovereign citizens than anything else. This young man was respectful to both the court and Doug (bless Doug's heart) the entire time, and had a very pleasant demeanor.

Sorry to burst everyone's bubble, but I gotta say this: Judge Milan finishes this case off by telling the litigants to come back with evidence they claim they have. She also says that if anyone doesn't have what they claim they do "will be in trouble with the court." The problem is, just as with this court, if all of the small claims courts around the world were to prosecute perjury to just a small fraction of a degree it's committed, they'd need to build special "contempt of court type" prisons everywhere just to house them. Thus, being convicted of perjury due to false testimony in a small claims court is as common as being arrested for adultery - it just won't happen even though it's on the books.

Depends. If it's because he affiliates it w religions, it could be allowed in court.
Red w black tassel is commonly affiliated w Shriners.
I often get greeted w 'ah salam alaikum' (i guess because of my headscarf). But I wear the scarf, esp in fall & winter, because my hair is very short (1/8" clipper) so I have NO other insulation... I'm just trying to keep my head warm🤣

A lot of these cases are rather simple.. It's mostly common sense..The plaintiff says he never received the check/cashed/was deposited.. Before Harvey said it I knew that the defendant was lying.. Why bring someone to court to sue if you're lying about a small amount🤔 Common sense tells me that the guy didn't pay up the balance🎯

So you're pretty much implying that black people are uncivilized most of the time. How racist of you but also expected of you seeing how one video you use racism against Milian, another you use the sexism part and another that she's anti-gay.
