Fun fact regarding the train robber scene. Silver Dollar City actually runs a charity that provides assistance to families in need around the Branson area. 100% of any money that the train robbers collect goes towards that charity. It's one of several things that the park does intended to improve the community.

It was destroyed by fire in 2021 and they temporarily relocated the furniture show room to the old Culinary arts school over by the grand Exposition. Normally, Marvel Cave tours last from 60 minutes to 90 minutes, rarely 120 minutes. It really depends on your guide and how much he loves to talk.
Not sure if you saw their website or not, but it shows all the festivals they have throughout the year. Each festival has different shows and some have new acts from around the world, every year. Also, some rides are very different during An Old Time Christmas, including Marvel Cave, the Frisco Silver Dollar Line Steam Train turns into the Frisco Sing-Along Steam Train, Fire In The Hole, and around the entire park. Also, An Old Time Christmas features over 6 MILLION lights, a parade, 80 foot tree that lights up at night every 15 minutes, visits with Santa, and a meet and greet with Rudolph and Bumble the Abominable Snow Monster.
Fortunately, SDC leases alot more land than most know about. The park uses less than half the land that they are currently leasing/own. This includes all of the land you can see from the train. I feel like it won't be long before we see more things on alot more of this land. The train might even become our new form of transport and the only way to get there soon. Time will tell, but that's what I hear will happen.

The one at Porta Aventura...where you buy food and drink, have to eat it quickly and watch stage show with WoodyWoodpecker cowboy themed etc. But the best one imho was at Magic Kingdom Disney Orlando....you watched the stage with Cowboy Goofy and think it was Cowboy Chipmunks as well, Cowgirl singing etc but you remained on the dancefloor watching till the characters joined you dancing around you etc....my 2 year old son loved it. I don't think they do that show now, this was back in 2003 and I didn't see it there in 2017 and 2018.

Like most new rides that are 2 years old or less, especially those that have alot of first-of-its-kind stuff or high-tech stuff on it (almost every new ride at SDC for the last 20 years), Mystic River Falls broke down alot for the first 2 years of it's life. Mostly because of the elevator, slide, drop, and sometimes the automattic turntable at the end. Plus, because of COVID the park didn't open in 2020 until June. It takes most new rides 1 or 2 years to work out all the bugs, let maintenance find out what works/doesn't work when fixing it, and less down time for customers. Because of this, along with the awkward heat in the first part of November 2021, they kept running it over and over again. They never let customers ride water rides during Nov and Dec, no matter what the temps are here. They did have employees up in all the towers watching the ride, though, with no guests. They told me that they "can't turn it off easily because of the continuous loading platform".
Each ride here is based off of the history of the park. If you think about it, they all actually go together nicely in a puzzle of the history.

That waterfall in the cave that was lit in multiple colors-until a few years ago, you actually used to walk down to its base, which was the lowest elevation point on the entire tour. But apparently that area flooded often (makes sense-there was basically no elevation difference between where you used to stand and where the waterfall stopped) and there may have been issues with access to that part of the cave in the event of an emergency-or so an employee said to me- so they had created, some time ago, an alternate path to go around it in the event of issues/flooding. And now, as of a few years ago, that's the main path and the path to the base of the waterfall is no longer used.

more please re the caves, great camerawork as always, need to appreciate the 'hassle' is it to film as you walk etc and also your kindof only seeing the attraction via your camera yourself so not fully immersing yourself for our benefit. Very interesting. History of places 'around' themepark areas just as interesting..even more intresting really then endless coasters. Aware your on a schedule, but even a few stop-offs on the way to the themepark/showing maps..or even..those tourist places full of leaflets..things like that to post on your other channel. Very nice park. Best one i think so far.

Smile on my face, thank you. That rapids ride looks amazing. wish they had that at alton towers (remove and replace or renovate!)

The caves remind me a lot of the salt mines in Krakow. Absolutely incredible place to visit if you haven't been already.
