In simpler terms, energy cannot be created or destroyed within a closed system; it can only change forms or be transferred from one object to another or between different forms of energy." in your question eg was one person to another person but a person is not a closed system, we have daily interactions and "energy exchanges" if you will that allow us to continually recycle our energy in hopes for a better society and to find purpose and fulfill happiness within our timeframe that we are allowed to share with one another. I think you may want to read some philosophical texts, steer clear of nihilism and existentialism my friend.
