Thanks for posting a full screenshot of your checklist form. For future video sound quality, I suggest turning down the gain on the microphone during the recording. High microphone gain causes unacceptable distortion in the audio output.
What about the Roof rubber membrane? These cleaners are caustic. I’ve reached out to a coil cleaner company and they say they cannot say the chemicals will not hurt the rubber membrane. So you’ll be responsible for any roof damage. I will only use water never a chemical cleaner on roofs

The temperature for heat rise should be out of line site of the heat exchanger to prevent radiant heat pick up. But something is better than nothing.
