I'm going to guess from your subscriptions that you are fairly young, Gura is an incredible voice actress. No, she is not quite using the same voice on stream that she would use to talk to say, her family, but she is using nothing electronic to change her voice to become Gura, she is voice acting (Think: Anime characters!) Now, how much she is voice acting is uncertain. I'm assuming you hear the auto-tune in this video, which she was using for fun while playing Ring Fit Adventure. Hope this helps, best wishes to you.
