  • In today's video I want to share with you 3 lifehacks to stop being lazy. You can start to implement these life hacks today.
    These 3 techniques will help you to overcome procrastination, stop being lazy and be more productive!
    SO the first exercise is to plan your day the night before. This is a lifehack which many successful people do on a daily basis. It takes the guessing out of what you should do with your day. You wake up and know exactly what it is you want to do.
    The second lifehack helps to stop procrastinating. Basically, you'll change your heart rate pattern and that will take your brain off of auto-pilot. It's a breathing exercise which I explain in full detail in the video.
    The third and most important is to remove distractions from your environment. For me the constant distraction was pot. When I removed it from my environment I began to have all the energy I used on pot to use for something else.
    If you're playing too many videos game, then remove your video games from your environment. You need to be very selective what enters your sphere of influence.
    With these 3 life hacks the goal is to start having more focus and productivity by planning your days, reduce procrastination and work harder with a breathing exercise to be in control, and reduce the invalid distractions which cause you to waste energy from your environment.

      @@BetterYouNow It works! I set myself a goal of 3 hours coding today and I did it. Thanks to no distractions, a set goal and breathing exercise an hour in. Your tips have really helped. Tomorrow im doing 4 hours and going to repeat the approach.
