Ingredients and its quantity required for Chicken Lasagna Recipe in Tamil | Chicken Lasagna Recipe Tamil | Lasagna Recipe Easy Tasty :-
To make pasta sheet for Chicken Lasagna:
Refined Flour 250 gm | 1 1/4 cup
Salt 5 gm | 1 tsp
Egg 3 No
Water 30 ml | 2 tbsp
To make Chicken mince for Chicken Lasagna:
Chicken 250 gm
Chilli Powder 30 gm | 2 tbsp
Salt as needed
To make Garlic Paste for Chicken Lasagna:
Garlic 50 gm | 2 medium size ( Full bulb)
Cashew 15 gm | 10 to 15 No
To make Chicken Bolognese Sauce for Chicken Lasagna :
Butter 30 gm | 2 tbsp
Chopped Onion 45 gm | 3 tbsp
Finely diced Capsicum 45 gm | 3 tbsp
Oregano 2.5 gm | 1/2 tsp
Tomato Puree 1 lit | 4 cups
Sugar 10 gm | 2 tsp
Mozerrella Cheese (Optional)
Parmesan Cheese as needed.
