i sort my lippys by brand. It really helps me that way so i dont buy doubles. I can just go to my stash and see that i already have it by looking in the brand. I also alphabetize my brands which makes it easy to find what im looking for. I also use a lipstick holder and put my lipsticks in them and my liquid lipstick in a different spot but in the same drawyer. I do keep lipbalms and moisterizer in a seperate drawyer. in my desk as i use them all the time. If i come across a bad one i just toss it. I do check them all once a year for anything bad or i dont like the color ect..
