I thought this video should be about actual ski training and not about a gym session.
There is no way he would have the technique necessary to hit "the wall" on roller skis.

why do you need such a fancy machine to do leg extensions and hamstring curls? couldn't you just use any gym machine?
looks like they isolated just the one muscle and could measure exactly the resistance from the muscle on the gauge, and could use that as a way to assess their progress over time, and during the session

What a load of bullshit when it came to the "weighttraining".
Everything he did was exactly the same as what machines in the gym do, but the machines do it better.
For instance, he's giving the resistance with 1 leg movements. How do you know if he's giving the exact same force on teh other leg?
And where is the progressive overload option?
Also that machin wich makes you do the negatives only.... why would you only do negatives if any other machine in the gym does both??
Nothing makes sense.
