This trainer knows how to make himself needed... What a load of bullshit when it came to the "weighttraining". Everything he did was exactly the same as what machines in the gym do, but the machines do it better. For instance, he's giving the resistance with 1 leg movements. How do you know if he's giving the exact same force on teh other leg? And where is the progressive overload option? Also that machin wich makes you do the negatives only.... why would you only do negatives if any other machine in the gym does both?? Nothing makes sense.
