Thanks fro the video. I followed it to set up my machine. One problem.. When I bring the bar down, it clicks and the date coder stamps but the rollers do not move and the labels do not move. The rollers will not roll. Any ideas what could be wrong?

Hello, I would like to consult you about a problem with the mt 50 labeling machine. The problem is that after the label runs on the container, the date stamp does not go down to mark the date on the label. It also does not turn on the print key light when it is in the on position. Hi Lucas, I am having the same issue with my mt 50 machine. Did you find the solution for how to fix this? I suspect perhaps it is a faulty connection between the labelling switch and the automatic stamper. When we press the 'test' button the stamp will still work but it will not do it automatically for each label we apply without pressing the test button. If you have any insight or advice I would really appreciate it!
@@scotttodd2928 Hi Scott! I was able to fix the problem. When the operator lowers the lever that must rest on the bottle, the two switches that are on both sides of this lever have to be depressed. If they are not pressed, it is necessary to regulate the rollers that rest on the bottle in such a way that this happens. At 15:39 the machine lunch 2 labels at once and the video was edited to hide that but fail. Sadly, my machine also often acts weird like that anyone know how to deal with this?
If you look closely you can see at the 15:39 mark the reel of labels actually snaps which is why the machine continues to run (it will only stop when the sensor detects the next label). We had issues with the label reel snapping and it generally required tension adjustment at the back and front to correct this, but we still occasionally have this happen.

does this thing work for clear labels?

Ray Lewis No it doesnt work with clear label since the light sensor can light throw the clear plastic strap.
if the sensors change to be capacitive label sensor or ultrsonic label wensor, they can work well with clear labels
