Hey! Is anyone reinforcing the aileron and elevator hinges? Tried hinge tape doesn't stick to grey foam well. Just don't trust hinge with wear and tear
I just got this plane today and built it and put a Flysky 6ch receiver in it. everything works fine but i only get one motor working on ch 3 on the right wing. If i switch out the plugs to the left wing the motor works on ch 3. I tried using ch 3 and four to run the motors and still only ch 3 powers on. I need help on this one
Hey sorry I just saw your comment today. Did you get it to work? More than likely you're missing a Y harness to split the channel to both motors: amzn.to/3Kxj1qm
Hello, I’m interested in the T1 with FPV. I’ve been flying rc for 41 years and when it comes to this world, I’m totally lost. Where to begin and what components to use. Not to mention the computer programing. I notice almost everyone use the radiomaster transmitters , not sure why. Any information and guidance would be greatly appreciated!
Hi, luckily the T-1 without a flight controller doesn't take any programming with a computer, as you see in the video here. We never once brought out a laptop, although I suppose there is some initial computer setup when you first buy your FPV gear depending on what you choose to buy. We use DJI Digital FPV System in this video. Many people are choosing Walksnail for their FPV video nowadays, but I'm sticking with DJI. See the official T-1 Setup guide: www.heewing.com/pages/assembly-guide-manual-download Check out my Radiomaster TX16S review to see why it's my favorite radio: ruclips.net/video/awKux5zWWX4/видео.html Hope this helps!
I usually just pick it up in the center of the hatch pull, but I've always had a constant slight pitch down no matter where I check the CG, which I thought was due to the CG being too far forward, but recently we readjusted the control surface on elevator and that helped keep things level.
@@EdRickerVlogs Thanks so much! I´ll try it on 3S, but I bet I´ll get it better on 4S due to the fact that, for some insane reason, I have the Vtx mounted on the fin, ha ,ha! Again Thanks a lot!
It was mentioned that the props could be replaced with some nicer HQ props. I have 1404 3700 kV with the stock prop’s which seem a little flexy. Just wondering if anyone has a “proven”recommendation for the props.

This little plane is one of my favorites of the past couple years.
I wish the servos were on the top of the wings but still great design.
I've been kinda waiting for shelby to do some building vidjihas lately. This will do.
I been taking a break shooting build videos.
@@ShelbyVoll You do you Shelby, Your channel is great.
Great build
Can someone explain to me what gear I need to go along with this so I can get into this hobby?
Can you share the vtx board on the cover STL files?

@@EdRickerVlogs Yes I have it on order should have come with it
@@pinarellospeedracer I agree!
Do you get the battery voltage in osd with just power and ground hooked up?
You can with Walksnail, but I don't think you can with DJI FPV.

Great video! So, watching the CG bit, did you go to the back of the hatch pull? Cheers!

Hi! How did you powered up the vista, via provided pdb? On the 5V tab or tap it off the battery pads?
I powered it directly from the battery pads. It needs at least 9 volts and 2 amps to operate.
@@EdRickerVlogs Ok cool! Thank you.

Good idea. I don't personally have more recommendations, I just bought more of the same. Maybe someone else can chime in.
Funny no one sells V 2 with metal gears servos.
THAT WAS ELEVATER YOU WAS TALKING ABOUT NOT RUDDER
HI THERE ? DO IT HAVE A RUDDER CAUSE IN THIS VIDEO I SEE YOU HOOKUP A RUDDER BUT ON THE A SITE IT DON'T SHOW RUDDER HOOKUP
The way they handle these as they assemble them makes me cringe.
Can I fit my speedybee F 405 wing FC in this platform ?
Yes shouldnt have a problem
what is a good hq prop to run
