I’ve heard characters refer to Mizuki as “Mizuki-Chan” before and she did not seem bothered or offended by it in those scenes, so I do not think it is fair to correct someone on it.

Make no mistake, if her gender was confirmed by the creators of pjsk as exclusively non binary I’d be happy to refer to her as such, but I don’t think it really matters in the current state of her character. Mizuki is a fictional character with an unconfirmed gender and the pronouns we see used for her are translated from Japanese to English, a language that differs greatly from ours. I think it’s safe to use any pronouns a person wishes considering Mizuki is not real and will not be hurt if I do not “refer to her correctly.”
