I heard the interior attack team get told to pull out multiple times after the fire extended directly over their heads, they kept trying to bring all their equipment back so it was taking to long, idk who 607 is but he ordered 601 to abandon all equipment and get out immediately , I listened to this the entire night I was working from fire start til they decided that it was a total loss and it to be demolished

I believe 607 is the Watch Commander
Built of cardboard and toothpicks with no firewalls hell of a way to build a building that that people live in.
It was still being built when this occurred, luckily.
