Daniella's decision to quit on the castle strat and switch to go for bombard cannons was crucial! Excellent game! Love these tiny maps. Changes a lot of the strategy. Hoping for a tiny map tourney for top players!
Such an awsome game. Insanly good quick thinking and adaption by daniela. I mean she first planned going for castle(s) aswell, but then immediately switched and executed greatly with bbc.
Daniella could have denied a bunch of res if she just pushed around the corner when she threw up those early house walls. Wonder what difference that would make.
This is a very risky play if you didn't scout your opponent first, which she didn't do. In that context, it was better not to push. Probably could have sent her scout in there before walling, though, but then you can't use it to push deer. That's what makes those tiny maps fascinating, I guess. Every single tiny decision has a huge impact.
If you try to push too far forward on the normal size hideout you end up close enough to the opponent that they can easily come and push you back with more vils, and then you end up with no walls at all, but it might work better on the tiny version since you can send more support vils from home faster as needed
Think this one was the most intense yet. It was right down to the wire at the end with both of them, but Daniela had better macro and kept the resources coming in which meant they could replace the cannons they lost and push through.
YESSSSSSSSSSSS I could watch these all day. I was literally just about to start one of those annoying "asking T90 to post more smallest map content, Day #x" youtube comment things and i'm glad i didn't have to
Oh man that was a very suspenseful, great tiny hideout game! Snippy did the correct things, played well going castles, covering almost half the map. But the tenacity and determination of Danielle, as she fought with the BBC's (Bombard Canons) against the castle, as she kept dodging treb shots was great. It was a close game, she and nothing else, but walls and a dream, with bbc's as T90 said. Gg wp Danielle! And great job casting T90!
a very tense moment when seeing the bombard cannons dodging trebuchet attacks, and waiting for snippy resources to run out just to repair the castle.. ahahah nice game
If Daniela deleted her farms her bombard cannons would have survived. The hit box on the farms is huge so when the trebs hit the farms they also hit the bombard cannons. the same thing can be seen when an onager hits a farm and also hits all the units that are on the farm even though they're not in the middle part of the farm where the onager shots land.
Is that really the case? I know that a mangonel can shoot further when targeting the farm bc the range is calculated based on the edge but it shoots to the middle. I've never heard of it increasing area damage. Yes the farm has a big hitbox but each unit has their own hitbox as well
Dang. If Snippy could have just used petard to take down the wall and run a few horses in there to knock out the bombers, it would have been game over Good call t90.
Now I wonder about making a huuuuuuge map but only for two players. And the same number of resources as on a normal 2-player map. It would make military campaigns more interesting, having to build forward bases, etc.
If Snippy had treb cut through the middle after the castle was gone those axemen would've honestly cleaned everything had they been microed well. Hard to think of that under pressure though.
Or just not microing like a fucking ape. Lost 6 bombards on tiny map with 40 pop, nothing else to focus on, AND it was their win condition? Good god it was hard to watch.
if it is a question of bombard cannons vs trebuchets, i will pick cannons every time. their relatively quick mobility gives them the edge over trebuchet range
T90 keeps wondering, why a mill is needed for building a market. I think I have an idea on that: in the early Middle Ages, when there was not a lot of goods, the town markets often formed around food, which came from the farmers. And the mill is the source of wheat, rye and other cereal products, so no mill - no food market (kind of). I hope that makes sence.
Amazing game! I love the tiniest maps, you never know what will happen. would love to see pros on it. Regarding Snippys play and the strategy on tiniest maps in general (and no I could not do it better at all) I am wondering why people don't create at least some military units so that the game doesn't become Ballerburg (2)
Red should have won, and could have won right up until losing the very last treb. All he needed to do was treb down the wall and invade with vills and castle units. Blue didn't have a Town Centre or any units that could fight off villages, so there's no defence to this.
Snippy won the dodgeball battle but not the war Thanks T90 for casting this!
I also thought that this game was like a dodgeball. :)
Can't wait for team games on this. Pure Chaos
Would it even be worthwhile to imp? Too many resources needed
@@lokenontherange vil fights and tower rushes

LOL a 4v4, the entire map would litterally be starting TC's xD
Keep the small maps coming.
Yeeeessss!!!
Yes. Very entertaining!!
With exploding kings
HAHAHA!!
Yes please. ITS THE BEST!!! Short and to the point. And a lot of chaos. They should put these maps in the ranked map pool.
Wow that was an epic game. I love the small maps.

That was great! I was in the edge of my seat at the micro part! Poor Snippy, I was rooting for him, would be nice to see more games of this !!

exactle, if only her scout went forward a little bit. wall at the stone and gold. then her tower would have denied snippys wood...

That was an incredible game, glad to hear more small maps are coming!!
Really enjoying the "smallest" series because they're usually shorter videos which are easier to watch whilst working.
I love those tiny maps!

I cannot get enough of these tiny maps. I'd love to see tournaments on this map size
I'd love to see a smallest Amazon Tunnel FFA and a smallest Socotra FFA

Not sure why this has so many upvotes, pretty sure this is not how it works
smashing that BIG 👍 for all small maps
I live for these absolutely bonkers crazy games where there is no meta and anything goes
Love watching Daniela play! Always try to swing by her streams whenever I can
The difference maker for me is snippy not picking up the relics so in the end he didn't have enough gold to keep the castle alive really.
Dang. If Snippy could have just used petard to take down the wall and run a few horses in there to knock out the bombers, it would have been game over
Good call t90.
The itsy bitsy elo, went up the water spout.
Damn. All snippy needed to do was treb the wall on the right and send in 3 axeman. Too much tunnel vision!
YES!! I LOVE SMALL MAPS!
I've watched hundreds of AOE matches recently, this is right up there. Hats off to both players and T90
Wow, a Smallest game that went to imperial, that's impressive. And actually an interesting game, it's fun to see the dynamic when there's a tree wall.
Now I wonder about making a huuuuuuge map but only for two players. And the same number of resources as on a normal 2-player map. It would make military campaigns more interesting, having to build forward bases, etc.
that would be a long game but im here for it
I LOVE the tiny maps! GG!
Small maps is CONTENT!!! MORE PLEASE!
love these games
Thank you T90! For your hard work!
That was SUCH an entertaining endgame
YES, more small maps! Perfect bite sized content for my busy day, where I can't even fit in gaming.
My child hood nostalgia ❤❤❤❤now I play this game on my phone
How?^^

Snippy deserves the win for keeping his palisade walls ❤
Love the small map games. Very entertaining.
Should Daniela have dropped a 2nd tower on the woodline? Would that have stopped the castle?
If Snippy had treb cut through the middle after the castle was gone those axemen would've honestly cleaned everything had they been microed well.
Hard to think of that under pressure though.
love the small maps so much!!!!!
These smallest maps are gold
How can so much fun come in such a small map?
It seems like the smartest strat would be FC into castle dropping the center of the map lol. Like 3 castles could cover the whole map
Bro LOOOOOVE small maps !!!!!
Hellyeah more small maps!
love this series
Wanted to see the treb cut into axeman rush 😂
small maps are great!
I love this series
Tiny maps are perfect if i wanna watch some T90 while eating, but dont want to commit for 1hr+ long video
keep em small ones coming mate 👍🏼👍🏼
Also cutting through the trees in the center is blues best bet for victory
Or just not microing like a fucking ape. Lost 6 bombards on tiny map with 40 pop, nothing else to focus on, AND it was their win condition?
Good god it was hard to watch.
outstanding play by daniela
Epic game! And also love the shorter videos :)
Snippy's favorite band must be Pink Floyd because he loves The Wall.
I love the smallest map videos
21:33 Did he just say nuked in the forehead?😂😅
britons with werewolf trebs would be completely broken here
I feel like the play was 2 castles, stay in castle age, build petards and axemen and push one side to drop the third castle forward.
Those trebs usually can't hit anything but this game they hit every shot
Community game smallest empty map unlimited res. I would love to watch that.
i cant belive it was close, the bombards win 10/10... how the fuck did snippy even kill so many
that's insane!
what a rollercoaster game
Tiny maps LEL would be awesome lmao
if it is a question of bombard cannons vs trebuchets, i will pick cannons every time. their relatively quick mobility gives them the edge over trebuchet range
I am dreaming about MisterYO playing full feudal with many man's of arm army in this tiny map.
superb self-pleasuring content
That was awesome. 10/10
This one was so good that here i am watching a second time even tho i know the outcome :)
Enjoyed that so much
That was intense
404 strat not found. lol love it.

Make this a series, please
Smallest map hype! I see I click, guaranteed
That was cool!
If only snippy pushed during castle age!
that was nice to watch
3 cannons and a dream!
2 trees in the middle to cut with the trebs to run in with axeman
Bless you🙃😬🤘🤘
the legend of Wall
If you don’t delete your walls here your weird since the trees are your walls essentially 😂
HAHA!!
Tiniest nomad lets go
Man, Snippy killed so many bombard cannons and then I saw his trebs start to pack up but..... ???
Only on those small maps, you can make a trush with defensive towers.
What a game
I only realized when you asked the scout for confirmation that he is keeping a pet human on his back. The scout is a horse?
Bless You!
Waiting for smallest maps tournament!
Red should have won, and could have won right up until losing the very last treb. All he needed to do was treb down the wall and invade with vills and castle units. Blue didn't have a Town Centre or any units that could fight off villages, so there's no defence to this.
Time for a small maps tourney with the pros.
I really enjoy the small maps. Makes for good content besides lel
