      The word "Ayurveda" came to me today without me knowing what that was or meant, after I was talking to myself that I wish we knew how to eat properly to stay healthy, like every other animal does. And now here I am.

    Ayurveda didn't just come from India. Don't forget Nepal. Nepal witnessed so huge quantity of Mystical Ayurvedic Shidda Purushas. Not to mention, Labh and Kush (sons of Shri Ram and Mata Sita) were masters of Ayurveda, and DhanurVidya was born and grew up in Nepal only! The place where Labh and Kush were born is called Bashistha Ashram, and it is in Nepal. Therefore, the rarest of rarest herbs are found in Nepal. Nepal had always been a Master of Ayurveda.🙏

    Thanks to our ancestors that they preserved the knowledge of Ayurveda but few chapters from some texts are missing 😔. Just like Ayurveda there were many scientific texts in India but due to so much of foreign attacks and influence those scientific texts and knowledge is lost. Thank god at least we have health and medical related knowledge 🙏. There were many universities in ancient India like Nalanda Takshila where people from all over the world used to come to study science spirituality mathematics astronomy economics etc. Those ancient universities were destroyed by the invaders.

    Why is frozen food not recommended as per Ayurveda? Especially there is lot of published evidence of frozen fruits and vegetables retain most of their nutrients when frozen but all Ayurveda experts still do not recommend using them. Can I know in detail why is it not recommended? And what kind of ailments can it cause?

    • @BigyanChap
      @BigyanChap 10 месяцев назад +1

      It is not just nutrients. It's all about Energies. When Frozen, it no longer remains Sattvic Energy. Tamasic and Rajasic energies sip in. How? I don't know. But by my years of experience in Meditation and Pranayam, I can clearly notice the Tamasic and Rajasic Energies that are in Frozen foods. 🙏

      Hello! Ayurveda and Yoga are part of the ancient Vedic education. Ayurveda is also called an UpVeda of Atharva Veda. Some people generally call it Life Veda as its name describes. Yoga is one of the 6 systems of Vedic education that includes - Nyaya, Mimansa, Samkhya, Vaisheshika, Yoga and Vedanta. All the 6 cater to different aspects of human life and actually required for society and personal wellbeing.
      Ayurveda also maintains that health and wellbeing plays foundational role in achieving all or any of the 4 life pursuits.

    What evidence-based practices does this practice use? Are there any peer reviewed studies that have findings supporting this type of medicine? What are the exact expected outcomes, complications, and success rates of any given treatments? Do other sciences or academic disciplines have a framework of evidence-supported theory that aligns with Ayurveda? Are there direct and measurable tests that have results determined via controlled and observable testing measures that would be used in this practice to diagnose or monitor the cellular, biological, or physiological condition of patients? Do you discourage patients from seeking conventional medicine? Do you encourage patients to seek mainstream allopathic care when they complain of symptoms that could be managed by a physician? Do you wear a white coat? Are you trained in any scientific or evidence-based discipline at all, or just ancient medicine? Legit questions. I doubt they'll get answers.
