This video is proof Simon is dead on with what makes leadership work. Trust and persistence. We all fail, and we all wish we had leaders that look out for us and help us instead of seeing our flaws and attacking us. That's not a team. I don't know what that is. And Simon highlights this issue brilliantly.
Simon, read your books, watched your podcast, and appreciate what you've introduced over the last decade. Someone made a blanket statement to me about leaders recently; They said, (Quote) "People who work hard are always asked to do more. That's all leaders care about. No wonder the millennials don't want to work. They've seen how the process works and have determined that's not how I'm going to live my life. Who can blame them." (end quote) Your thoughts. Thanks
As in a Leadership position yes this is true they expect more on the operator but when that operator is not here we are in charge of that position and do our responsibility which then becomes a hassle and most of this demands come from our Supervisor & Managers at this point I’m just burning myself out 😮💨 want to go up but is so hard…

What does the word dead mean in the first sentence does it mean Simon is good or bad in his teachings
the phrase “dead on” means he is “100% correct”. It comes from the idea of “dead on target”, like throwing a dart at the center of a dart board.
