Yo! Came across this vid while browsing, noticed you had the Suicune, uh, cut off issue.
You can fix this pretty easily with Skytemple! (The rom editor, not the randomizer)
Simply open up your rom in the program, and navigate down to your character's entries, so in this case, go under the "Pokemon" tab and find "Suicune" and "Darkrai". Doubleclick on "Genderless" and let the program load. It will likely bring up a message box talking about some size inconsistencies being incorrect for the Pokemon, don't worry about it. Do this for both Pokemon and save your game. This should fix the cut-off.
