My father and I watched this yesterday on a long drive to my kid's summer school. We rewinded parts , we paused many times to discuss various ahadith, reflections, or other things relevant to what Sheikh Omar said. EG my dad told me recently discovered scientific facts related to the heavens (which is only the first 'samaa') since he loves science, explaining how that proves the clues Allah left in the surah so long ago so people nowadays would realize what it meant. It was great. He said listening to it raised his emaan. He asked me to download part 2 for today.

I have memorised Suurata Al- Milk, and I do know the meaning of each and every word in it, but even concerning the prophets, Allahu says:" Those messengers, we have favoured some of them over (or than) others..." Suuratau Al- Bakarati.In this same manner, knowledgeable people are favoured over one another in terms of knowledge. The devine blessings given to Omaru Sulaymaani has spoken for it's self. Salamualikum, tafseer is the breakdown of the ayah, its meanings/intrepretation while the tadabbur is reflection on the ayah for example Quran: 67:19 when it was mentioned how the birds fly and what keeps them high up, imagine you give it a though on your own and see the majesty of Allah in that example. When next you have a chance to go in nature and observe. Ths is my undesrtanding Allahu alam.
