I like minutes, not milliseconds.
You forget that Wizards Can Do Magic without their wands it's just the magic is more unpredictable when using your hands
And there are spells that can counter thrown objects including Batarangs such as The Slowing Charm (Arresto Momentum), and should a gadget be drawn in plain sight there's the the Disarming Charm (Expelliarmus). Alternatively, there's the Shield Charm (Protego) that creates a shield from attacks. Should the need to destroy a gadget be applied, just the Reductor Curse (Reducto) and the gadget is dust. Fortunately, Harry has great moral character so his skills as a wizard go to the acts of good. He could be an ally to Batman in the world of magic should the need arise.

Another example is the Unrelenting Force shout, the player can barely tip over a mammoth at full power, and in lore they can split continents with it
