ATTEMPTING A POKÉMON EMERALD HARDCORE NUZLOCKE!? (Pokémon Challenge)

We’ve played a lot of rom hacks, mostly just to get a feel of the creative games the community pumps out. But never a Pokemon challenge run. What if we still did a really cool pokemon community made game... but using hardcore nuzlocke rules? Today we find out: can I beat a Pokemon Emerald Rogue as a Hardcore Nuzlocke?
I’ve NEVER done a Pokemon challenge video or Pokemon Nuzlocke AT ALL but was inspired by poketubers like Jaiden Animations Alpharad AntlerBoyLive Smallant and orher nuzlockers and wanted to try one out, so I hope you enjoy! We’re going to continue to play more roms and community made games, but if you like this one definitelylet me know and more will come!
Hardcore Nuzlocke Ruleset:
- 1. If a Pokémon faints, its automatically sent to the void (In the PC)
- 2. ONLY the first Pokémon encountered on each Route/Area MUST be caught.
- 3. NICKNAME
- 4. Battle mode on “Set” (cannot switch out in battle)
- 5. No Items in-battle items (Unless they are held).
