Well i just wanna remember that the true Devil Z IRL , had 2 million dollars in tuning components and had 680 horsepower for the time being 1980 to late 90's it was a lot...So it was no ordinary tunned car by some mechanics, but a whole engineering team called ABR HOSOKI engeneering... Here you can see the car: option.tokyo/2019/03/12/21304/ I think the key to a car like is was a skilled rider... also the same for the Blackbird (Porsche 930) So yep i think is possible to tune a Z to behave like that but its not a easy thing to do...

L28 was lengdary some tuners got in over 1000 hp and some even 1500 but at 1500 it was not that much reailable
