Bro Jabbar ..reacting properly to being hit. One of my critiques with Kenpo instructors today, yet he understands!
THIS shows the reality of how a technique works! ASA

The Fightgod! His teachings are not based on theory, but facts! True Martial Science like KEN WING TAI BA, SWAM, and a few more have become scarce. Always RESPECT your Teacher, listen more than you speak, hear more than you listen. Love you Sijo Sabir Muhammad!

Yeah the techniques appear to work but what happens if the opponent doesn’t just stand there with his arms down the entire time and let you hit him and actually put up a fight? It’s kinda hard to generate punching power without moving the feet much less proper body rotation with the punches.

      in regards to that...
Then you hit certain meridians and that will yield results without having to use power shots or even angles..
Hit whats available and then it will open up the desirrd angles at that point.
His hands being down ,etc. Is irrelevant at that point. He's just open for more depth penetration or internal damage.
It moves beyond just motion Kenpo which is, by the way, where Sijo Muhammad originally came from Parker's IKKA...it gets into Destructive sequencing ot Sub Level 4.

@@apostlej.k.diamond4119 fancy words and planning out what to use will end up getting your shirt ripped off by guy on the street who use anything he wants to win. Strikes without power end up being useless and waste of energy. Facts don’t care about the style.

Sijo Muhammad has won innumerable fights both inside the ring and on the street. Also, realize that this a video clip of a training session teaching basic concepts and principles. Not an application session. Obviously, a skilled fighter will be able to interpret the situation at hand and reply accordingly and instantaneously.

@@jonathanchark5291 Innumerable fights he won, sounds like bragging to keep students from leaving to learn real understanding of fighting. A skilled fighter would just avoid it as much as possible.
