"Bottom of the 10th - bases loaded World Series - one run game..." I have no doubt kids that play baseball have been dreaming up game ending heroics as long as the World Series has existed, but I doubt many kids ever specify "bottom of the 10th" in their imaginary championship winning scenarios. Also, the whole point of fantasizing about the bases being loaded is so that the grand slam overcomes a three run deficit, not just one.
