@dina ketones are a class of organic molecules. The name sounds like a pun on other acapella groups that will end with the suffix -tones, as in musical tones. The Buzztones is an example of an acapella group with this type of nomenclature. So the joke is that they used something relating to chemistry for the name while keeping the acapella style of a name.
