I grew up in Detroit, and have always been a huge car guy. I moved to Denver in 1979 and bought an RX-300 in 2002 for approximately $33,000. It was the best vehicle I’ve ever owned, from 1966 to the present. I drove it daily for 15 years and shared it with both my daughter and son, when they each turned 16 and were able to drive. It was the perfect combination of size, performance, low maintenance and safety. Unlike any other car I’ve ever owned, the dealership experience was always exceptional. Lexus is definitely a cut above every other manufacturer out there. Now retired and in my mid-70’s, I can’t afford the almost $80K for a brand new model, as I only have at best, another 10 years of driving ahead of me. But for those who are younger and have the means, buy an RX from Lexus. It might turn out to be your favorite vehicle as well.
Let's be honest, the RX looks amazing, and Lexus is Lexus. I don't think this thing will have a real competitor anytime soon, and by then, the new RX will soon be there to defeat them all again. I love it, I truly love it.
@Cars with Sonduren Lexus is one of those brands that once you own one you'll never want to go back to anything else. By the way, what kind of shoes were those? They look amazing if you don't mind.
Glad you mentioned the brake feel! So many cars come with either touchy brakes or feel too soft. Really enjoyed your RX500H video! Does the RX500H take premium fuel?
it's amazing RX500 H F sport level 3 ! I had my worries about the seats! but the seats are super supportive but also comfy! also the braking feel is great!!! its so easy to modulate for smooth braking in everyday driving! Love the suspension too!!! firm but also very compliant and supple! very Luxury feeling SUV.
@@carswithsonduren waited 8 months since it's released and got it in April end of month! best Lexus RX to this date! 2013 was great too but the 500h is super awesome
I think it’s an excellent package, and I am picking one up soon. Exciting enough, practical, reliable, nice looking. Icing on the cake is Lexus service. I’ve owned a few Lexus products and the service experience is 2nd to none.
Bought on of these 3 months ago and just love it. It has more useable torque than my Lexus LC 500 because it’s all at the bottom end. My mechanic said I wasn’t reving the LC hard enough but where can you do that in the UK.
@@carswithsonduren an underrated place that isnt that expensive are towns like west covina california and rancho cucamonga california, its close to ontario cali. santa ana is a nice beach proximity town and then u can still find some affordable living in hollywold and santa monica... Where i watch u :) but i like ur set n settings, it looks like a nice fresh air area. I'll look into ontario.. nice whip tho.. im thinking about getting one!
Thanks my man. It’s always been a dream of mine to move to California one day I’m going to do some research on those areas you mentioned now. I can day dream today :)
The only downside to the car is the seats. They are very uncomfortable for anyone bigger than average. I'm 6'1 and 185. I find the seats in this Lexus as being too supportive and bolstered on both sides. You can't move around in the seat which on a longer trip would be uncomfortable. I purchased the 350h and the seats are much better. Make sure you sit in this car before you buy it.
I had always german cars its boring how shit they are ,talking about interior quality ! Always check engine ,even with 6000km … Lexus quality is next level ! Guys Save some money and buy Lexus its better choice maybe the best choice !

@@europec2082cough cough… reliability of lexus?
Best seller for good reason, bulletproof reliability and first class comfort
This SUV is just perfect, and you know you are getting one of the most reliable cars out there if not the most reliable.
Couldn’t agree with you more! Really, I love everything about it.
Love this color...good review by the way. Gr from the Netherlands
The amazing LEXUS RX 25 years as the King of midsize luxury Crossover class. The RX500h is the most refined RX 🙌
How a review of a car should be, even better that you did it for this car. Well Done 👏
Love this car, and glad you reviewed it!!
Thanks, Omen! It was a great SUV and honestly I still believe Lexus hits all the right boxes that their buyers are looking for.

Thanks Alan glad you liked it :) With the turbo engine it does require premium fuel.
This thing looks amazing here. It's almost enough to forget about the 4-cylinder.
IT will IT tow my boat And trailer
I own one. When you step on the accelerator pedal, you'll forget all about a 4-cylinder, trust me.
What do you think of the RX500h? It's an SUV in my eyes that works to tick all the boxes ✅

Good review. I’m looking to purchase one in 2025.
For me the best car and an the car you'll ever need.. Forget the German competition and even Bentley and Rolls Royce....

@@carswithsonduren Will you be able to do the new Lexus TX vs the RX in the future? Thanks
100% and I’ll be looking to get the GX as well. Absolutely LOVE the new GX.
This is my day to day car along with BMW X7 xDrive40i M Sport - M Brooklyn Grey Metallica and Toyota GR Corolla - Precious Metal
My only problem with this RX is the 4 cylinder engine with turbo plus hybrid.

Ontario is okay :) cost of living is out of this world unfortunately now though

is the headlight without upgrade???
This is upgraded to the triple beam headlight.
I'm thinking about trading in my 2017 Off Road 4runner for one of these...... wise or dumb? I dont off road with it.
It really depends on what you want out of it. I loved it honestly as a daily driver.

Nice
Gorgeous car! But..... this or the new GX?
Well, the GX will be more expensive so I guess it depends on your budget and size needs.
This. Way more sexy than the GX.
This guy didn't review the wheels and tires lol. Which has one of the biggest impacts on its ride characteristics.

BMW X550i with the v8 ? not even close to the speed of the regular X5!
