It's nice to see an honest video about the quality of steel walled pools as most dealers are pushing the Hybrid/Salt water pools.Saltwater is an extremely corrosive liquid and will shorten the life of your other components heaters, ect. My steel walled pool is going on 21years now and i have used chlorine exclusively never had an issue.
Nice video. Personally id never use a salt system on these above grounds except maybe a resin pool. They are just too corrosive but of course thats just my opinion. Happy swimming!
Great video. We put in a high quality 24' round above ground resin pool a few years ago that's partially underground. The man who cleared our sloped yard left a very wide (mote) on the one side thats hideous & fills with red clay, weeds & sometimes snakes. Any suggestion on what to do with this area? Also, what brand of heater do you recommend? I have stage 4 cancer & get cold very quickly now. Id lìke to be in the pool more. Thank you.
i had a small frame pool for about 25 years, but i live in holland so the summers here are short and sometimes way more cold and wett than warm and sunny, so it ain't easy to keep the water warm without paying a shitload of money for gas and electricity, and not to mention the hassle to set it up and taking down again, so i did quit with the pool and bought a inflatable spa 4 years ago and didn't regret it for one second, because it's only 200 gallon of water, and the pump blows bubbles and heats and filters the water, and set it up takes about 10 minutes. And when it needs clean water, then i leave out the air, sit on the edge and the water is gone within half a minute, then wipe, clean and hose down the tub, and within 10 minutes it's ready to fill up again. And after the season the same thing, but then hang it fully inflated on 2 washing lines to dry in the sun, then fold it up and store it. It's easy as that. But when i would have lived in countries where the summers are long and hot, then i sure would go for a large pool again, but not here in (expensive) Holland. Btw, what does one Kw of electricity and 1m3 of gas cost in the usa?
I know that this is an old video but its the first time I have seen it, we have a 10ft round frame pool which we have had now for five years, I live in the Uk and the pool goes up around June and comes down around September, The pool is not the problem, as we clean it before storing each year, its the accessories that let it down, the heater lasted one year, the pump lasted six months, the top cover lasted a year, thankfully the "bubble wrap" pool cover is still the original,. The Other problem is Grandchildren, not really a problem, but they have outgrown the pool, I have taught them all to swim and snorkel all in this 10 ft round pool by Bestway, but I now have intex pump and top cover. I would like to have a bigger more robust pool that can be left out, but your video has left me with more questions than answers. I would love some suggestions from the UK, in the "States" you have more sunshine so that would equate to more usage??? thank you for the video though, if the pool companies as suggested were available in the UK I would opt for one now.
We bought a 12' x 36" above ground Splash Club pool at Kmart in the year 2000. The pool is up in our backyard right now. Same pump and filter. There is one seam where you put bolts to hold in together. Fiberglass on the outside with hard smooth plastic on the inside. No metal side supports. We have left it up over the last 2 years, using a winterizing kit. It's only warm enough to swim a few months out of the year. Our only regret was not getting the larger size they were selling at the time. I don't know how long these pools were made, but know they haven't made them in years. They probably realized their mistake. They last forever and that's not what pool manufacturers want. Intex makes the best, affordable, above ground pools now.

How much is the best price to buy a kayak pool with deck
Although we do not sell kayak pools. I do hear from potential customers of kayak that initial costs are from 25k and up installed.
Keep this up.
A piscina e show , pena que o vídeo não é dublado em português!
Above-ground pool = outdoor bathtub.
All of these make me sad. Like a house on wheels.
