I hope Mr. Krillon doesn't mind: 1. Tune all strings down a half step 2. Play: E major, E major, C major, Asus2 (as if you are in regular tuning) 3. The nice tension is achieved by some very peculiar but easy to play chords: Cmajor7/G and: Dsus2add6/A Fingering for the non-major chords: Asus2: 2'nd finger on the D string, 2'nd fret... 3'rd finger on the G string, 2'nd fret Cmajor7/G: 3'rd finger on the D string, 5'th fret... first finger is barring the low-E and A strings together on the 3'rd fret. It may sound hard to fret.. but it's very easy, even for a beginner like me. Once you put you 3'rd and 4'th where I wrote, the index (first) finger would naturally extend to the 3'rd fret. You aim your boney-part of the index on the A string and you'll have covered the low-E no probs! Again: First the little fingers, then the barre! The last chord: Dsus2add6/A - is the same as the above chord but you shift everything two frets up... Easy and very effective tune!
It's worth clarifying that for the Cmajor7/G chord, the b and high e strings should be allowed to ring open, not muted. Also, 4th finger goes on G string, 5th fret

Outside the frame, is what we're leaving out You won't remember anyway I can go with the flow But don't say it doesn't matter anymore I can go with the flow Do you believe it in your head? It's so safe to play along Little soldiers in a row Falling in and out of love With something sweet to throw away. But I want something good to die for To make it beautiful to live. Of all the covers - this one does the most service to the song :) I am having my guitar teacher decipher this onto paper and this will be my main song :)
This is by far the best acoustic cover I’ve seen, I play it a lot acoustic half a step down as well, but using the C Chord especially gives the song more room to breathe I guess, one way to put it at least. Great job!
I like rock and more acoustic tapes of music. Like agnes obel. I would like to see a radiohead cover of yours. Like Jigsaw falling into place and there there

+Todor Kolev - Thanks for the detailed chord names for the people who have been asking!

Yeah baby you smoked this to the filter! AMAZING HOMEBOY! Much love!

There is a program called Tux Guitar that you can make tabs on. It is free and simple to use.
Thank you very much kind sir!
well done!
great dude
This song sounds so much cooler in E-flat. Nice job dude
Cool, thanks!
Thanks ! let me say that, your cover is simple but fucking awesome, you have a greate voice ;) (I'm a QOTSA's fan)
No I have never tabbed. Is there a program you can get to do that? Anyway, the chords for this song are: E Major, C Major, A sus2.
Play this at 1.5 speed...Trust me.
Could you put this one soundcloud please man?
congrats, i really liked it! you should cover hey by the pixies... just sayin
FUCKING RIGHT!
Awesome version of the song but what are the chords of the chorus?
What chords are you playing? Good job.
Please can you tell me what's the tuning you used in the cover ?
what's the tuning of the guitar ?
Standard tuning, one half step down, Eb.
Sort out the strumming. Great cover
Have you tabbed this? kinda new to guitar
your version is better than the original
Are you a Deadpool?
What is that?
If you know, you know
tabs plzzz !!!!
I bet if you went back to standard tuning it would give you more energy and you'd push your voice better...
RUclips users make better acoustic versions than Josh Homme himself
Dave I don’t think so now, check out the one he did recently in London. It’s called peace something. I can’t remember
@@astrattofilms6601 Oh man you're right, that is a haunting version. Found the link
ruclips.net/video/C6FFCnpnuFA/видео.html
@@astrattofilms6601 peaceful noise
@@astrattofilms6601 but it's electric not acoustic
Listen to Kyuss - Space Cadet, it’s Josh Homme first band
bruh this dude sounds like kurt cobain
Really nice, but not doing the song great service. It's not a 60's pop song. Needs emphasis intonation and subtlety.
Great Cover dude.
