My Own Enchanted Tiki Room Thanks to Squawkers McCaw

This is my ENTIRE Enchanted Tiki Room Show adaptation as of now. (BETTER VIDEO AND AUDIO THAN THE PREVIOUS SQUAWKERS VIDEO...Thanks Mindscape Productions!) I had to remove some parts of the original show since it was too long. I called my character "Juan Jose" since I am using the voice of the now retired original Barker Bird "Juan" as well as his cousin "Jose" the host of the Enchanted Tiki Room (Both voices made by Wally Boag). I pretty much have moved to other animatronic projects and haven't had time to put out the "how I did It" document. Just to let everybody know that although I don't own the audio, I did not, am not, an will not make any money out of this project.

I love this! I want to be an imagineer and I have a squawkers so I was wondering if you might be able to explain how you were able to re wire him? I want to fix mine as it doesn't make sounds any more, I think it had a burned out speaker. Thanks for any help.

@thecdonlon If you want to control the body-wings-head motions you need a baseline position. I used the integrated cam switch to do this by means of a little circuit.
