All I can say is for all the brothers and sisters on social media: please remember not to fall into the pit exposing one another's sins like the non believers do because it's NOTHING islamic. NOBODY is perfect and remember that and just convey the Message with atmost respect and great Conduct as per our Beloved SAW used to do it and taught us. May Allah protect this Ummah.

Ali you still need to learn to keep quiet until you hear from both sides. Sometimes, repenting and apologising might be too late.
You are not a judge or a lawyer to get involved in the case at this stage.
If we make mistakes, at least save your face in front of the people who look up to you.
You last sentence should be a line you live by because acting impulsively would decrease your value even if you have good intentions.

Nothing in this world has helped me more than praying this "Ya Allah, increase my faith and knowledge and remove my ignorance, and make guidance easy for me". I was never super religious, but I went through an extremely abusive time a few years ago and started praying seriously. Anyways, this led me to start reading the quran myself slowly. With translation and context(with hadith). It took me 1.5 years to finish the entire thing. And it was the first time id ever done it. Obviously now i have read it several times. And let me tell you, it is the best thing I have ever done for myself. I used to sit on social media listening to this scholar and that scholar, but nothing will ever beat the knowledge and understanding you get by picking up the quran yourself and reading it yourself. So my advice to everyone, make the effort to read it and understand it for yourselves. A lot of muslims don't know the Quran. And there are so many men and women scholars spewing out different things here and there, and there is so much confusion nowadays and cultural things that get in the way of our deen. But if we each know the Quran in our hearts, it will strengthen us and the ummah and it will make us better people and it will make it easy for us to see right from wrong and not blindly follow anyone. I see a lot of muslim men and women following people on social media without any knowledge and sense and judging each other. It is creating a huge divide within the muslims and is is very sad to see. No one wants to think for themselves. They just blindly follow. It is ignorance.

Brother Ali you know Ustad Saajid Lipham is a madina graduate. Why lie about him to your audience saying he hasn’t studied anywhere. This is a major sin and you should repent in public for lying and slandering Ustad Saajid. You should also seek his forgiveness. Then u say you’ll pay him to go abroad to study and you know you wouldn’t pay for it. This is another lie or a joke lie. Mu’awiyyah ibn Haydah reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Woe to one who tells lies to make people laugh. Woe to him! Woe to him!”
    Sunan Abī Dāwūd 4990
    Grade: Hasan
Then you lie against the religion to justify you sitting with female audience. And claim difference of opinion when truly there isn’t in this matter. Had the woman had their husbands accompany them. Then yes this may be allowed long as the woman is covered. The prophet said he who lies about me, let him take a seat in the hellfire. U should retract from lying about religion. I hope your next video is about retraction and apologies. From your brother Siddiq ibn Syed

I just wanted to add to topic of correct dawah Islam itself is the best resource.
Groups like Omar Suleuman's yaqin and jahls like Yasir Qadhi say if Qawm Loot support us, let's support them... how about the support of Allah?
First jhad in Mecca was nafs, then dawa (not fighting), then hijra, then Ansar gave sadaqa to Muhajirun in dunya & Muhajirun gave sadaqh in knowledge, then defensive jhad... then after Hudaibiya back to dawa in Medina by just practicing & teaching Islam they out grew and conquered the pagans in Mecca who were richer w/o even a struggle.
Does yaqin know meccan pagans in that time faced weather trials? Qawm Loot are b@nn from "bI00d" donations, take a gues why? Dis ease...
So again why doesn't yaqin rely on Allah more instead of ppl?
So Sahabas best resource is Islam, they limited work with non Muslims materially & never supported their sins, how can jahls like Y. Qadhi not know this?
Learning and answering Doubts to non Muslims can make them revert like Andrew tate who is still learning instead of now Qawm Loot being taught in schools and turning Muslims confused... or now this issues of mistreatment of men and even nisa... because they rely on ppl and compromise the din, the manhaj ( method order & priorities of) salaf... i doubt these issues would take place if they followed it properly.
      May Allah guide us. Bismillah.

Salman marriage to her is in 2019. So unless he was alone with her while he was still married to his first wife and her possibly still to her first husband spying on a conversation over speaker phone, this has to be rejected. And if he was secretly alone with her and she on speaker phone then he has bigger issues and is in no position to critique the tone of a conversation in the first place.

So when you put something online it's not in your hands anymore and you should not feel bad when someone debunkes it. So please brothers know that all are working for the sake of Allah, and the sake of Allah should be waaaay more valuable to us than our private feelings or whatever it may be. Answered by Ustadh Abdullah Anik Misra
Question: What is to be said about backbiting historical or famous figures such as George Washington, Napoleon, Paris Hilton, etc.?
Also, is backbiting a non-Muslim just as evil as backbiting a Muslim?
Lastly, in what cases are we permitted to speak negatively about someone behind their back? For example, if a spiritual/religious leader in the community is doing something or plotting to do something that goes against the Sharia’ for the sake of, say, apologetically appeasing non-Muslims in power, would it be permitted to discuss such wrongdoings among one’s friends who are also troubled by this?
Answer: In the Name of Allah, Most Merciful and Compassionate,
    As salamu alaikum,
Thank you for your question. Backbiting [Ar: gheeba] is a reprehensible sin and impermissible, except in certain cases we will outline below.
Backbiting, or slander, is to mention anything concerning a person that they would dislike, whether regarding their religion or worldly life (including their body, personality, clothing, family, background and lineage, status, or anything else connected with them). Backbiting can be done through speaking, writing, gesturing, or imitating. [NHM Keller, Reliance of the Traveler]
This applies to whether the disparaged person is dead or alive, liked or disliked, famous or little-known, as long as the identity of the person being backbitten is known to those listening. *Listening to slander and backbiting is just as impermissible as committing it* , and it is a duty to speak out against it if one hears it and is able to condemn it.
    Backbiting A Non-Muslim
Regarding backbiting a non-Muslim, Imam Ibn Hajr al-Makki quotes Imam al-Ghazali, who says: “And as for the non-Muslim fellow citizen, then it is similar to the ruling of the Muslim [ie. impermissible] in what returns to the prohibition on causing harm to others, because the Shari’ah has safeguarded their honor, life and wealth… and as for an enemy of war, then it is not a question of being unlawful due to [causing harm], but rather it is disliked due to [belittling what Allah has created and wasting one’s time with that which does not concern one.” [al-Makki, al-Zawajir]
When is it Permissible to Mention A Person’s Flaws?
There are 6 exceptional cases in which mentioning another person’s flaws is permissible, and that too, *only that flaw which is relevant to the cause for exception, to the extent needed to convey the information, and only to the concerned party* . Those cases are:
    1) To redress the grievances of someone who is wronged *to a ruler, judge or someone with authority* who can help one.
    2) To stop a wrong-doing by telling *someone who can correct it* , with the intention of using the necessary measures to eliminate that wrong. [AM: *Sound religious knowledge of the matter in question and of the rules of forbidding the wrong is required first* ]
    3) *Asking an Islamic scholar* for a legal opinion involving someone else, though if their identity can be made anonymous, it is better.
    4) To warn Muslims of evil , or of something disadvantageous to them *if one’s advice is sought* in matters of marriage, business relationships, entrusting someone, in which case it is obligatory to advise honestly. If this can be done without going into detail, such as saying “This is not in your best interest” then one should suffice with this, unless need to elaborate presents itself.
    5) Someone who openly does sin or oppression *and is not concerned with hiding it* , that matter can be discussed [AM: though it is sinful to discuss sinful things or falsehood without a valid reason].
    6) To identify someone who is known by a certain nickname [such as “Skinny” or “Chubby”], as long as the intention is not to point of their deficiencies, and using another name is better if possible. [NHM Keller, Reliance of the Traveller; al-Khadimi, al-Bareeqa al-Mahmudiyya]
Specific Case: Discussing a Community Leader’s Flaws
Regarding your question of discussing a religious leader’s flaws with others, the permissible conditions usually do not obtain in these cases.
People must refrain from suspicion and conjecture about another’s motives and actions (which is impermissible), and turn to sound Islamic scholarship to differentiate between what is wrong and what could be a difference of opinion.
*Hence, this would be impermissible, as it would not only harm the person slandered, but also cause discord and division in the community* .
The best thing to do is to approach a trustworthy, mainstream scholar to give a ruling on the actions in question, and offer a suggested solution (if any), or go to a board or council with the concern if they have authority in this case.
Of course, matters of legality or public safety should be taken to the local police authorities. And Allah knows best.
    Wassalam,
    Abdullah Anik Misra

Or they will highlight the reactions of others without acknowledging the behaviors that they did to cause it. Thats just human behavior. It's not limited to either side. The Prophet (May peace and blessings be upon him) enforced separation of men and women even at Allah’s most revered and preferred place, the mosque. This was accomplished via the separation of the women’s rows from the men’s; men were asked to stay in the mosque after completion of the obligatory prayer so that women will have enough time to leave the mosque; and, a special door was assigned to women. Evidence of the foregoing are:
Umm Salamah (May Allah be pleased with her) said that after Allah’s Messenger (May peace and blessings be upon him) said "as-Salamu ‘Alaykum wa Rahmatullah’ twice announcing the end of prayer, women would stand up and leave. He would stay for a while before leaving. Ibn Shihab said that he thought that the staying of the Prophet (May peace and blessings be upon him) was in order for the women to be able to leave before the men who wanted to depart." Narrated by al-Bukhari under No. 793.

This is the issue with hoping onto bandwagons and painting the issue as a phenomenon rather than dealing with it on a case by case basis. There are a lot of brothers who add themselves onto this bandwagon of "Oh men are under attack" even though they ruined their marriage on their own. They will not tell you what they did wrong.
Then you have sisters who scream "Women's rights" but they’re the ones who didn't understand what they were signing up for. More times than not though, both are to blame. They could be indulging in haram (not in this case, but in general). And you do not truly know what happened between a man and his wife.
The truth is always in the middle. For anyone to say because there are sisters or brothers who are like that, that all of a sudden we should unleash hysteria and paranoia is a huge disservice to the Ummah at large. We should be finding solutions and dealing with these matters privately.

Who is this guy to be giving rulings on everything? You haven’t learned the basics and your giving judgments on things happening. فاقد الشيء لا يعطي the one who doesn’t have knowledge can’t give knowledge.

Ali Dawah is an authority of Islam in the whole world. He has to keep an eye on much qualified people like OS and DH. These UK guys have really serious ego issues. So much immaturity. This Ali boy even says that he doesn't know where a kafir will end up after she dies. And then has the audacity to pretend authority over other more knowledgeable people.

Yes, calling people names like boot licker, back stabber, belittling their credentials from respectable Islamic Universities is bad, I agree with you brother Ali and thanks so much for reminding us of that. May Allah guide us and you, amin. Barak Allah feek.

Stay on the side of truth. One should never water down the religion whether it be for Women or liberals. Islam is complete.

Problem is people are now assuming the cancel culture mentality towards a sheikh/da'ee whenever something non-fundamental is disagreed. Brother Saajid for example should not have come out and completely cancel Daniel Haqiqatjou just for the sake of calling out corrupt political leaders in our Ummah. If you disagree with him, fine, but to come out with a video talking very ill about Daniel, completely disregarding the work you and him put together to fight liberalism and LGBTQ, and then publicly announce that you completely disassociate yourself from him and accuse him of being a Khariji - that is totally unacceptable. May Allah guide us all.
