Would there be a way of making these with elastic hair bands for the circle?
You can try it. Just make sure you wash and dry it by hand so the elastic doesn't become brittle and break. Let me know if it works.
Sorry , but I don't understand how it does work with the towels. The hole seems too tight to hold the towel . Thanks .
