Oh this sounds great. I have been doing the cold brew version of the coffee mead and really enjoy it, but this gives me two new experiments to see how they compare to my original recipe. Especially since the coffee that I normally drink is roasted right in my home state.
I made a caramel, coffee latte mead that is real close to yours. I bocheted the honey but I did cold brew in primary and lactose and vanilla extract in secondary. It was heavenly and I wish I had made a bigger batch.
I used cold brew coffee with QA-23 with an SG of 1.100
The video I was waiting for but I didn’t know was coming! Love when that happens

How cool!!! I love this! 🎉🎉🎉
Did you rinse the coffee beans before adding them in secondary? Depending on the coffee brand, there could be a lot of oil on the beans.
I didn't in this case
