We have a lot of work to get done. So much work, we don’t have the luxury to play the “blame game”. We are direly needed in our homes, our women’s lives, our children’s lives and in our communities. We’ve been absent far too long and have allowed too many undesirable ideas to fester and grow. Our women, our children, even our mothers need us. Our nephews need us, our nieces need us. We need to unite and in order to do that we, the black men, need to wake up.

The data is clear about kids raised in single mother versus single father household. No matter the race, families do better with both men and women in the same home. And then you brought your son into it as if.. but you said he has a father so he's not a statistic. His dad will keep him in line.

Salute to Ralph for prioritizing the children's development in his decision making on relationships.
The man in the black hat act like these women are having children with there husband and the man is just walking away. When most black kids are born out of wedlock. Hell alot of them are not even having babies with their boyfriends.
Also what people don't take in to account for is the group of women who don't even know who their child father is.
The group of women that got pregnant by a one night stand, friends with benefits, or a guy who paid her for sex. Of course they are going to question being the father and in a lot of cases the women try to shame him for even questioning and refuse to take a paternity test. Or she lost contact with the guy before finding out she was pregnant and don't even know his real name or where he lives so he isn't aware he is a father.
The group of women who are ashamed of who they are pregnant by or simply just wanted a child and never even tell the man he is the father.
Women that move far away from the child father so he can't really be active on a regular basis even if he wanted to.
The group of women that do everything in their power to keep the man away from the child.
The group of women that love dating street dudes and the father end up locked in prison or dead.
Most of these women will lie to their kids and everyone they know and claim the man ran off just to avoid being judged.

Brother in gray sounds like my father and all the men in my family that raised me! I don't understand or connect with brother in black. The mindset that we as black men are victims of the hood! When people make statements like that it takes away responsibility and accountability that our men need.

@Fred What I noticed is this podcast and several others are geared towards bw. The guy in the black from my assumption was raised by a single mother. Unfortunately he doesn’t grasp not all BM will tolerate his disrespect with him interrupting.
The guy in the grey should consider starting his own channel with like minded BM. I get that dealing with the other two is giving him visibility due to going viral. So I guess it’s a balancing act.

Well that's because the guy in the black stated that a black woman literally can't be blamed for anything because black man dropped the ball by not correcting and guiding the women.
So it was kind of impossible leaving women out of the conversation as you can see when we attempt to correct their actions. The response is basically stop blaming me for everything you can't tell me nothing type response.
So we are put in this damned if you do damned if you don't type situation. He said black men don't protect black women. How on Earth can you protect a person that refuses to listen to you?
If you noticed in the dear black woman episode man were also brought up. And the woman was refusing to answer any question. She was basically answering the question with a question basically saying well what about black man.
