When I first saw this almost made me cry. Made me think about how everything is changing around me nowadays. Sometimes I feel like I don't fit in today's world. But I will keep on going on until the good Lord calls me home someday. This song gives me hope. Eric Clapton kicks it on guitar.
I feel that way sometimes. But we must remember and teach those that aren't as lucky as we are, what real music is and how it was expressed so differently by each one. Long live our legends of the heart and history.

Take note you young people, you are witnessing a true musican with God-given talent and a God-searching heart. It is an honor to see this even on video and thank you to everyone who made that possible. God bless you Eric for letting your little light shine!
Why "young people"? Do you really think that only old people can recognize a true musician? Do you really think that quality is a matter of age? Come on, old fart ...
@@thedon8594 Cute. If you're even a little questioning Prince as a guitar player, stop listening to music. Forever. You don't deserve to. With the few brain cells you must have left in your head, do some research into the versatile, incredible, virtuoso guitar playing of Prince Rogers Nelson. Only the most dipshit of a music fan would think that Prince couldn't play. Clapton is playing tribute to him here, having called him an "ultimate genius" in the past. Miles Davis wanted to be Prince. Elton John said "everyone knelt at his feet." Why do you think all that is, moron? I wept and got chills. Both are such inspirations to me, but I won't bore y'all with the why for either one. I love it that Clapton gave it the respect it deserves--he didn't put his own "twist" to it. It's an extremely tender, powerful send up to the one and only, His Purpleness. Well done, EC! Always had a special place in my heart for Eric. He always comes across as so real and authentic. Not even gonna talk about Prince, who passed on, of all days, my birthday.
More proof that when you point and say go Clapton always has something to say with a solo. Very tasteful, not too derivative, and soulful as well. No one plays like Eric....a true virtuoso. Love him and his music so much!
I was at the Royal Albert Hall that night! I flew all the way from the US just to see him and it was without a doubt the event of my life!
