The fine is up to $5000..the main thing for a first offender is to never cop out with a P.D..A good lawyer can get you a great deal..do the minimum year or less without having a felony on ya record..or get probation with a felony..or even pay a fine and get a execution suspended after 1 year with no felony as long as you don’t catch a case within that year…which means you don’t go to jail at all or have no felony unless you get caught with another case then you’ll have to do that year and still fight the new case..it’s like you’re on parole but you never went to jail

At the lowest levels the state prisons are probably worse. Feds have the camps which are cake walk, thats when people say Club Fed there referring to camps which don't even have walls around them and tons of illegal cell phones and stuff and some guys there even get to work at the little towns outside doing things in publipc during the day. The lows which are usually easy but some lows like Fort Dix can be crazy. Mediums are probably more bad but can go either way I guess too to an extent and then obviously high security pens have the worst from all over the country in the feds. Then above that there's the one in Colorado I forget the name of that is even higher that has Chapo, Hoover, and a lot of the most Infamous criminals in the country. There's also places that have a program called the SMU I think it was where guys at the highest levels cant even stay out of trouble so they get stuck inside like being in the SHU but for very long periods of time to have to do 23 and 1. It was at Lewisburg for a while and I ended up housed with them where we could talk through the doors or out the windows but I was in the local SHU not the same program so just for like a week before they shipped me to a higher security level spot. Has to be terrible to be in the SMU for months or years, they were gambling by screaming out the windows every day then fishing the stuff through the halls and probably the help of the workers who weren't actual guards but idk how they were doing it successfully when everyones locked in all the time. I guess Church too. Still feels like an unreal dream I had, the atmosphere in that shit hole was dark and depressing like movies can't even capture. Stuck in that BS on New years eve too, never forget some of the Mexicans were tryna enjoy it celebrating screaming and stuff. Me and my bunkie enjoyed it the best we could at least. Glad I wasn't in there with one of the other guys who i was on the compound with who was losing his mind and couldn't get his suboxone so was probably sick.
