Don’t commit crimes then get on internet and songs talking about it. He should have just said what he said to the police & went on with his life. I bet he & Thug ain’t even all that close. I assume you will say that the state secretly changed things and played him but if you believe that, i dont know what to say. Thus guys own lawyer got on the stand and said that he misread and overlooked the specifics in the deal!!! But aside from that, this is a grown ass man who was locked up and chose to snitch and made a deal, then got on the stand and didnt do his part. So what did yall expect to happen?? Its very very simple and straight forward. Also, lets say it is true that the state changed certain statements in the deal before he signed it, his lawyer and himself are to blame since both say they didnt read it nor did they make sure they understood and agreed to EVERTHING that was part of the deal. Its sloppy council on the lawyers part. And to be honest i dont buy that either! This was a lasy minute attempt to wiggle through the deal and get away with not doing his part. @jvanek8512 But the state is the one who wrote up the the deal based on what they wanted to present at this trial not based on what the accused said or admitted to. Legally yes you agreed and therefore you are liable to get punished but that doesn't make it morally or ethically okay.

    • @moreforme74

@jvanek8512 It was a blind plea. So he was agreeing to things that he never articulated was true. It was a trash deal that he agreed to in order to get to his dying mother.

Lol..how is that true in this specific situation? Tell me some facts to back that up. First off, i dont like the judge or the state and i hooe thug is freed soon. But this is not about thug its about this guy who made a deal but then got on the stand and broke it. Dont say the state changed what was in the deal or that they tricked hin to sign it. He and his lawyer both had the opportunity to fully read each and every part of the deal and could deny or disagree to whatever they felt was wrong but instead he signed it, got out if prison/jail and then when it was time to hold up his end of the deal he chose not to!! There is no one to blame but himself and his lawyer especially. So now that he was violated and broght in to court, the judge could do nothing except follow the deal both sides signed and agreed to! Its that simple. The ignorance in these comments are crazy.

This is his lawyer's fault for failing to read and ensure he was signing the correct agreement. The attorney then had the nerve to say he thought Antonio "would be able to explain" things that weren't written into the contract. This man didn't perjure himself like Whitaker said, he said the exact same thing his lawyer said so he wasn't lying.

I don’t understand how she could throw this young man in jail and give him the talk that she gave him where she won’t even do this for a fellow Attorney, who has proven to be dishonest and disingenuous!
