That each piece of jewellery and watch is not individually itemised is criminally stupid in itself, there is no excuse for it- at very least for the simple reason of the value of it and to avoid even the appearance of wrong doing. They got this entire trial Fk’ed up and BACKWARDS!!! If anyone should be charged under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), It should be everyone at the DA’s office and everyone involved with this case. From the investigators, the police officers, detectives, and the judge or let me say judges!!! They are the only ones that I see who are breaking the federal law that aim to combat organized crime. RICO charges are brought against individuals who participate in a criminal enterprise that affects interstate commerce. (The State) All they proven thus far and all I have seen so far is the prosecution who has and continues to violate RICO. They are the only ones Engaging in a pattern of racketeering activity. Hell they are the ones who continue to show us in our face that they are connected to an enterprise, such as a crime family, street gang, CORRUPTION, political party, or managed care company who have Committed at least two predicate crimes within 10 years!
