Guys seriously I’ve been subbed to this channel only a week made 5 dishes and now I’ve made the sheesh kebab curry oh my lord !!! Absolutely next level curry 🤣🤣🤣I’m being serious my mrs is Irish and she was beating into it and the kids asking for another plate amazing recipe 💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪
Made a batch a few weeks ago and now making some more. This recipe is exquisite, the flavours are so delicious 😋 Thank you so much Shamza, I'm a 60 year old man who first tried South Asian cuisine at 18 years of age and have been hooked ever since. I've relied on takeaways and restaurants to get my "fix" all my adult life so now I'm absolutely delighted to be able to make my own restaurant quality meals. I've made your Seekh Kebabs, Lamb Samosas, Tandoori Chicken and Zeera Rice too and all have been totally delicious. Thank you, thank you, thank you 😊😊
Thank you for having airfryer recipes on your channel as most people, due to the cost of living, are resorting to using it more. Another great delicious food idea I'm going to be trying out.😍
I really like your recipes. I am also a very experienced cook but I am learning from your cooking something new all the time. Keep it up very yummy recipes from a gorgeous lady and the way you explain is excellent.
another amazing video.!!!! Keep up the good work and step by step guidance on how to make fantastic food at home both in an air fryer (modern day cooking / quick and simple) and cooking over a stove type dishes i.e. weekend cooking where more time is appreciated.
Looks good 🤘🏻😎🤘🏻very similar to how I do mine , never added gram flour but I also add lemon juice, I marinate mine in a food bag for at least two days and you can give it a massage every time you go in the fridge, I cook mine on flat metal skewers on the top shelf of my grill on the highest setting for 10 minutes turn and another 3 minutes, keep the recipes coming hun love them 🤘🏻😎🤘🏻
I can't wait to make this! It looks so good! I often marinate chicken in yogurt & spices, but have never used any type of flour. What does the besan add?
Oh my god these look mouthwatering! I tried your onion bhaji recipe last week and they were to die for. What I like is that each recipe looks so simple. Looking forward to more great recipes. X
Please share the link for buying the oil sprayer that you have. The ones that I bought from the shops nearby are not giving out spray, but it squirting out oil as jet.
Very nice recipe and i will make it in my single oven, all of them at once. That’s a lot of saffron, it must work out expensive.😀 I liked those bamboo skewers, checked the price, it’s £7.49 😳 too expensive for pieces of wood. I rather use my wooden skewers I bought from asda, it cost me around £1.50 only.
@@MyLittleKitchenRecipes Thank you for clarifying this. I just need to order a few things on Amazon and I will be trying these. I already do your air fryer tandoori chicken and naan recipes. My AF only goes up to 200C so I will not be able to do the higher temperature for 1 minute.

It acts as a binding agent to help the marinade stick to the chicken.
Looks amazing new subscription loving the channel and recipes. Can you please tell me how you keep your spices .thank you
Thank you. I store them in airtight containers which preserves their shelf life.
Subsribed! I will be making Chicken Tikka Masala and do not have a grill or Tandoor for the Chicken. Thank you~

What can the saffron be replaced with please?
You could use a orange food colouring if you don't have saffron.
Delicious! Do you cook on “airfry” or “grill”? Thank you
My airfryer does not have those features. Just cook it on airfryer mode.
Please share the link for buying the oil sprayer that you have. The ones that I bought from the shops nearby are not giving out spray, but it squirting out oil as jet.
Salaam Shamza, please can you upload a recipe for raita to go with a pulao?
Yes, soon 🙌
Hi shamza I don’t have an air fryer. Can I put them in the oven or grill?? If so how long? Thank you x
Merry Christmas to everyone😅😅😅

You say in the video a heaped tablespoon of dried fenugreek leaves but the list of ingredients says 1 teaspoon. Which is correct please?
Sorry Carol, it's 1 tablespoon. The ingredients in the description box have been updated too. Thanks for the heads up 😊👍

I would smoke them after they were cooked!
Where do you buy saffron from?
Ours came from the goldenspicecompany, and was very high quality. Do give them a try. instagram.com/goldenspicecompany?igshid=NjIwNzIyMDk2Mg==
Salaam sister where can I find the Kashmir masala
Kashmiri chilli powder can be found in any local Asian supermarket or food store.
Is it roast or air fry?
Air fry
What is this plastic cover which you have used to cover the chicken?
